WORST! RACIST! STUPID! My husband ordered food using his family business corporate card which is an international card and the IDIOT driver who could BARELY even speak properly demanded to see his ID + the card and would not accept the authorization letter, photos of his father holding his ID & the credit card, our credit card statements, nothing. My husband is Pakistani and when we ordered food yesterday from same Pizza Hut and my white, blue eyed, blonde self opened the door- I wasnt asked for any ID or ANYTHING. VERY SURPRISED THAT THESE PEOPLE WHO CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH-INCL. THE MANAGER!- EVEN HAVE JOBS IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY. I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF CROOK THAT DRIVER IS + HE SHOULDNT HAVE ACCESS TO OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ORDER TO HAND OVER A PIZZA. SOME PEOPLE HAVE FAMILY CARDS, BUSINESS CARDS ETC. AND WE OWE NO EXPLANATION TO SOME DELIVERY DUDE. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN THAT YOU HAVE NO LEGAL RIGHT TO MY ID OR CARD INFO - YOU CAN MAKE IT UR POLICY ALL YOU WANT BUT LAW TRUMPS YOUR POLICY PARTICULARLY WHEN YOUR POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO BROWN PEOPLE. SHAME ON YOU RACIST PIZZA HUT!!!! AND LEARN ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!!!

Rude employees raw pizza and tried to give me a 4dollar discount on my next pizza and would not make me a new pizza. Why should I get a discount on a pizza that was raw and inedible to start with all I was asking was for another pizza I took back the whole pizza we only ate half of a slice from the whole pizza. Never go to the pizza hut in pinole unless you was to get sick from undercooked pizza. Oh and they are rude

This location must only employ ppl without common sense or maybe just kids idk but I called to order a pie and they put me on hold for 20 min and then told me that they had closed 10 min ago like really...thanks alot losers. FAIL I will NEVER call this place again.

I ordered for pickup and when I went to pick it up and pay in store they wouldnt let me pay for it because my name wasnt on my TEMPORARY card! I had to leave without the food I had ordered and waited for for the dumbest reason.

Pizza was good, but order wasnt ready at the promised time after the order was placed. No communication about the change, no compensation for the delay, no apology offered. Bad business practice, but the only game in town.
