Didnt feel that this location was very clean. Seamed like the staff was careless and with out worries to make the custumers happy. As if they just want to clock in and clock out to get their paycheck and go on to other things. Besides the food been as usual for fast food I would hope that the management turns things around with the way the staff performs. The small things are the ones that count the most. Like greeting custumers and simple things

The inside is decent and we got what we ordered right the only downside was that we parked across the street to go shopping and walked across the street (very convenient) to go eat but the rude af drive thru drivers dont see a pathway leading towards the door and look at us like we did something wrong. .. wtf?

What can we say about Jack? We know the food isnt that healthy, but its more like comfort food. There are so many walks of life that eat at Jack. Especially the tacos for ninety-nine cents. The only thing about the tacos are they arent ninety-nine cents anymore.

I know that this place is not one of the healthiest places around, but the food makes you feel happy and calm. One of the best parts is that they serve their whole menu, 24 hours a day. They do take a bit of time, so bring patience. It is worth it in the end.

I went through the drive thru & ordered a #10 along with an egg roll and when I got home I found my French fries and chicken with mold in it!!!! Gross!!!! I called and complained but the manager was very careless. Do not come here people!!!

I was really bothered by the amount of homeless hanging around there I was asked twice for money while Im inside eating my meal with my family and the employees and management just looked on and did nothing to stop it

All the workers there seem to be well managed, and the food is really good. The only complaint that i have is that waiting in the drive thru on sat nights gets a little dicey. Full of cholos with the munchies....

Manager and cashier is always polite but the cook during the day doesnt care about the quality of her work.. Had to ask to get fresh tacos twice cuz the tacos were to greasy !
