Es un gusto poder deleitarse con los diferentes y ricos cafe, que ofrese STARBUCKS. Lamentablemente el dia de ayer por la tarde noche; fue esepcion no por las bebidas panesillos ext. El mal servicio que seme otorgo ya que tube esperar 34 mnts por dos simples cafes negro. Fue una burla por parte de una (as) de el personal que trabaja en el Starbucks de ALONDRA blvd & LAKEGOOD C.A Al recivir la orden, me di cuenta que el cafe estava frio.. demasiado frio, no obtante le sugeri ala persona que me atendio q estava frio mi cafe, al rrecibirlos iso unos rumores entre sus compañeras de trabajo, dirigiendose asia mi. De tal forma que se vurlaron. De ese momento en adelante me isieron esperar 24 minutos.. Al rreclamarle sobre mi borden paso lo mismo.. se burlo junto cn sus amigas o compañeras de trabajo.

So i dont know if you guys got my fiancees comment, but i also like to give this place zero stars so i go in and my fiancee uses the restroom and manager jaffett actually tells me i cant get free waters unless i make a purchase completely trashing me and judging me and my mans appearance i did want to cry and the fat overweight barista hailey she is the only one who is fat working there if any of you get her in the drive thru make sure you guys look at her name tag because if she gives you a different name like briana or something else now you know its hailey my man went to highschool with her and when we got the horrible service of being told we couldnt get free cups of ice water even tho the starbucks on downey ave and rosecrans by the paramount highschool they accomodate you with pouring your own water thats why i love that place and please give ed the manager respect he is a wonderful man and trys very hard to give back to the community he even puts out flyers of the highschools events near the bar amd amparo is super nice ..... But this place isnt , completely disregarding me. And making me almost cry i never ask for a grande or a venti always a tall , and on another note others have rated it 2.5 stars for bad service and slow in the drive thru there have been times where hailey did get my starbucks drink wrong and i would just like to say i wish they would improve on there bad people skills .

I received a $10 Starbucks Card for Christmas. I used my card one-time to purchase an oatmeal at the Drive-Thru at 8819 Alondra Blvd Paramount CA on December 27. I did not bother to get a receipt. I went back to the same Starbucks December 29 to use my gift card but there was nothing left on the card. When I went home today, I realized that the cashier on the 27th gave me the wrong gift card back. I do not know if this was done intentionally or not, but I dont see how this could be done unintentionally. I know that I received the wrong card because of the $0 balance, and I remember going online the day after Christmas to see how much was on the card and I distinctly remember peeling off the back of the card to obtain the security code on the back of the card. The card that the cashier gave me still has the security code covered. I would like to receive some restitution even if it is only $5 to cover the remaining balance that should have been on the card. I contacted headquarters. They did absolutely nothing.

Not a bad Starbucks. Smallish, with a booming drive-thru service that creates a logjam in the parking lot, but the curving window wall along the south end of the building is really nice and the staff works hard to keep this place up to standards in this somewhat marginal neighborhood. Theres a decent amount of seats for the size of the restaurant and AC outlets are ample enough for everyone to be plugged in. Also on the south side of the building is a small patio with umbrellas over the seating, and a tiled brick walk along the east wall that affords additional outdoor seating. Theyve done much with little space at this Starbucks, which is setup to deliver more seating accommodations than some stores in their chain that have twice as much space.

Came here tonight around 7pm for two venti sized ice coffee via drive-thru. The place was so clean and well kept. At the drive thru, Diego took my order. He was EXTREMELY friendly, polite and has exceptional customer service. He really knew how to make me feel inportant. Unfortunately for me, i didnt get his name at the time of my order so i had to call back. Lorraine answered, and she was great at investigating his name for me. I let her know that the service here is ALWAYS beyond amazing. Much better than Starbucks on Bellfower next to WingStop. Again thank you Lorraine for the help and THANK YOU DIEGO for being sweet, friendly and helpful. You have great service. :) - Anthony

Stop by this morning to pick up a gift for Mothers Day. My experienced with the cashier was terrible. She was rude and impatient when I asked for a paper bag to put the cup I just purchased. She told me I can go to another Starbuck to get myself a bag if I need to. The only thing their store has is the plastic bag. I travel to many different places and purchased many Starbucks souvenir mugs and usually I got a free drink with it. When I asked her if this place offer the free coffee. She told me with a smirk on her face saying that the employee can get fired from their job if they do so. Talking about ignorant and uninformed employee.

horrible service, ordered through drive thru. Once at the window they tried to charge us a different amount then stated at the order speaker. We ordered 3 drinks, they gave us one. Then gave us the wrong size on another order and instead of an ice drink they gave us a hot one. all but one drink was messed up and they got angry because we questioned the barista on the size of the drinks. She stated she gave us a grande cup instead. I know the sizes and stated it was wrong. I looked at the receipt and she charge me for a tall. horrible service and bad attitudes fo r their mess up.

So I never get hassled at the Starbucks on Downey ave but this place is terrible. This location is horrific with slow drive thru service and slow service at the bar , Hailey who works at the drive thru and in the Starbucks is terrible at her job . But the manager jaffett was rude to my fiancé while I was in the restroom , telling her that she has to purchase something in order to get ice waters making my woman almost cry and judging her appearance and trashing us I give it zero stars and yeah I will never come here again.

Prior to my last visit, the only thing I probably would have complained about was the long drive-thru line. But, in todays standards, not much of a shocker. However, when I order a green tea frapp, with coconut milk, and no whip cream, I expect just that. My frapp however was made with, sooooo real milk, and I mean 20 min before my work shift, didnt really have time to dispute it. So in the trash my frapp went, and the three stars, well, thats for at least getting my no whipped cream memo:)
