This place is so incredible. From the moment you enter those large, beautiful doors and enter the restaurant, you forget that you are in Ontario, CA and instead, embark on a delightful, tasty journey to another enchanting place. The restaurants architecture and art pieces are remarkably beautiful and you immediately get a sense of tranquility and peace the moment you enter the restaurant. It is very authentic and that aesthetics isnt the best part....It is an epicureans dream come true....all the food is so flavorful but not too overwhelming for the palate, and each platter served is so full of bursting different spices and scents and tastes....Ladies, I warn you now...do not wear tight pants there. You will need room to eat all of the different aromatic plates they offer. They offer a variety of authentic asian platters and they do not skimp on the quality of the food, nor on the ingredients used. Even the fortune cookies served after your meal are a little special as they are covered in either white or milk chocolate!!!! They dont miss a detail when it comes to providing you with the best dining experience. I highly recommend.

A couple of days I went to Panda Inn for the first time in two years. The environment of the restaurant has changed significantly for the better. The service was very good. We were seated right away and the waiter was very insistent on coming back to check up on us. I do however have to mention the change in food quality. I have had quite a bit of traditional Chinese food and Im sad to say that unfortunately Panda Inn does not represent that Chinese food. I ordered the Pad Thai noodles and I honestly couldnt even finish it. The noodles were dry and there was hardly any flavor to the dish. The fried rice that was served seemed to also be dried out. From my experience years ago Id say that this specific location has significantly declined in the quality of their food. The waiter offered to replace my dish and suggested the Lo-Mein noodles. Even then, the noodles werent that great. If you want overpriced Chinese food and a good atmosphere then Id suggest going here but there are a lot more hole in the wall restaurants that are way better.

Terrible experience due to the service provided. Im not sure if the young man was new to his job, but it wasnt a pleasant situation. We went there for dinner with a group of colleagues from work, we were in town and decided to try it. The food was good and the portions were big, which made up for the expense of the meal (around $16-$20 for a plate). The downside, as mentioned above was the service. Out of the 7 people attending dinner, 3 of us received our meal at one time, 2 more plates came out a couple minutes later, and then myself and another gentlemen didnt receive our meal until everyone else was almost finished eating. It was so late to arrive at the table, that myself and the other gentlemen almost told them to put in a to go bag (I truly believe they forgot to put our order in, and not to mention they never checked back on table). Again, food was good but I had to give it a 2 star based on the terrible service - hopefully this is a one off.

My First time experiencing Panda Inn after several months of wanting to go with my neighbors who talked about how good it was and it very well exceeded my expectations. I am very picky with Chinese Food and my Pizza.. I cant just go anywhere.. I heard it was the same owners of Panda Express and I cant stand Panda Express Food if you get my drift. I did however enjoy Panda Inn Food and the whole renovation experience. The ambiance and new décor is very Plush and up to date for a nice family meal or dinner date. The wait staff is very friendly and on point with service. Great finishing touch with the White Chocolate covered Fortune Cookies.....A really good place but a bit pricey but still worth it as you will have leftovers from the Family style ordering. Great for 2nds and lunch next day......I will be back for sure!!

This was not a good experience. Thats not to say that it was bad but there just want anything special about this experience. I ordered an item from the menu on the specials page. It was anything but. I truly believe that I wouldve prepared a tastier dish at home by just plucking spices from my pantry. The sauce was bland. The hostess couldnt grasp the concept of or remember the number of people in my party. Then, the server couldnt remember which soft drinks we ordered... there were a total of three. On refill, glasses were shuffled and handed to the wrong person. It just seemed as if we visited during amateur hour. With P. F. Changs so close, next time I will drive the extra 5 minutes to stick with a place thats worth the price. On a positive note, the decor was eye-catching and impressive.

Way over priced; especially for the portion size and quality. $16.00 for 8 ounces of lemon chicken? Not for me. The food tasted average, too. We had also ordered beef lo mein, sweet and sour pork, and chicken fried rice. To make things worse, the service was super slow. We ordered around 7:10pm on a Wednesday night. It literally took an hour for our food to arrive. The place was not busy or crowded, so why the long delay? They were polite and friendly, but forgetful and made mistakes on our orders. We didnt make special requests. We ordered things as is, but they still forgot. Although apolagetic, they were indifferent about it. The place looked nice and so was the ambience. But Its not worth returning to. This place had high marks by locals. We were disappointed.

Tried this place since it was near the hotel and the good reviews it had. Got a to go order since I didnt know if they delivered or not. The quality of the food was excellent, I got the Mongolian beef, BBQ pork, and some other items. The pork was delicious, and tender. The Mongolian beef was a good quality beef and tender to the last bite. A little under spiced for my tastes, but chile sauce brought it up to the heat I wanted. The level of service by the hostess was very high, she pulled every item out of the bag and made sure my order was accurate and complete. That was impressive as most places hand you the bag and say bye bye. I will definitely return the next time Im in town.

HORRIBLE SERVICE We went on a Sunday night, it wasnt that busy. We waited at the bar for our table but decided to order food there. We were literally the only two people there and the bartender still managed to ignore us. Never asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything. Then when he brought out our food, my glass accidentally tipped over and spilled. He handed me a stack of napkins and that was it. Usually the staff is always kind and wipes it for you, but I had to do it myself. Plus he never even offered to bring me another glass of wine..... the food was good but not good enough to to endure bad Service.

There was nothing extraordinary about the food for the price they charged. We ordered two separate dishes (three ingredient taste and pan fried noodles with three meats). They both tasted exactly the same! The service is definitely negligible. They all seemed confused one way or another (i.e. the number of people in my party, where to sit us, what drinks we ordered). We ate because we were hungry. I wouldve gone for the free Big Mac we got from the hockey game. It was like being in a bad knockoff of P.F. Changs.
