Came here with the kids, I ordered the 2 item combo with orange chicken and beef and broccoli as well as the chicken katsu plate. Ive eaten my fair share of chinese and hawaiian food and although tasty, I cant say its the best Ive had. The fried rice was good on its own though. Staff were friendly but I ended up waiting for the katsu for a bit until I came up to the cashier, turns out they forgot my order on the top counter in a togo bag. Miscommunication, perhaps? But again, they were friendly. Also, one of the workers started putting the chairs up on the table next to us. I didnt mind as much since we were on our way out anyway but it was still kind of off putting. Overall, it was a decent experience.

I used to like this place, but theyve hired some really, really bad employees recently. I just got back from the last time Ill ever go here again. An employee herded me through the process of ordering so fast and rudely that I couldnt finish answering her before she interrupted me for the next request. I paid 7.50 for two items, and one of them was two small, lousy, fat covered strips of teriyaki chicken. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! I suggest the same for you.

Had the worst customer service experience in my entire life. If I can exaggerat more I will so you can understand the grief and humiliation that Ive been through just because I was on the phone!!! Staff is rude. Refused service just because of phone usage. I was humiliated infront of other customers and staff. They are scary and staff doesnt answer to anybody. They will attack you... DO NOT COME HERE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Good food! How ever hearing the young ladies who work there socializing and using bad language in front of my kids was awkward. Also acting a certian way cause we got there at 8:50 and they were already closing up make us feel like we got to hurry up and to my understanding they dont close till 9:30 . good food tho !

Went today with my family and we were almost done eating and a roach was running around on the table . So we told the girl that worked there all she did was kill and asked if we were done . No apology are anything. A LOT of ppl I know eat there they just lost A LOT of customers.

Really great price. The food is really good here compared to other fast food Chinese places in the area. I highly recommend the spicy orange chicken. The smoothie drinks are delicious too. Staff is always super friendly and do their job well.
