Good food depending on what you order, Big burgers and breakfast. Beware do not order onion rings... not what you think, It is thin onions fried not coated or breaded like you may think go with french fries. I was not sure what to do with the onions...more like grilled . Do not order a milk shake either, for $5 it is not worth it!! small glass mostly whipped cream on top and just not worth it. your soda glass is larger and you dont get any left over like some other places. The biscuits and gravy were very good my sister had that and loved it. I have had several visits with friends and it is up and down trying different things.

Great place for breakfast, especially in Napa. In addition to the usual fare, they make a delicious breakfast burrito. Servers are friendly, coffee is strong, location slightly hidden, which is good for those of us in the know.

Incredible flavor, waitress and portion sizes. I would highly recommend Jefferson Street Cafe to anybody! We might have to make a return trip to the area just for the food here.

The food here is consistently good. The staff is always friendly and it’s a great locals place, because a tourist would never find it! Ill be there again on 5.22.15.
