I came here to have a nice dinner today with my son and three of his uncles and upon arriving to the front door the greeter is laughing at us telling us its weird and awkward that i brought my son along with his other uncles like we was weird for having my nine month old with us like shes never seen a responsible fit father and his family before to have dinner /?maybe because she never knew her father,?? im not a single dad his mom was just at work working her second shift,so That was very rude and unprofessional for her to judge us,, never again will i come to this restaurant. Is that how familia Ortiz greets their customers by saying that bringing their 9 month old baby along with 3 other guys/his (uncles) is awkward ? It made me feel very uncomfortable thru out the whole stay especially when i noticed that she was telling other coworkers to look our direction and laughing at us cuz we was four guys and a baby//??really we spent over $160 and Im going to complain and tell everyone how crappy this place really is and trust me i have followers and a big family as u can see :) cant wait to see my sons mothers and my families reaction when she/they hear about this incedent .never again and expect my call tomorrow dont tell me your manager is busy again because i will drive back all the way to your unprofessional workplace personally and talk to her myself.thank you;) ZERO STARS

We came here to watch the USA vs Ecuador soccer game for the Copa America tournament. It was advertised on Facebook that they would have drink specials and some kind of raffle. We didnt come for the raffle so it didnt matter to us that one didnt exist. BUT we did come for the game. We are major US fans and wed thought wed come here for the first time to try it out. Well we got here and half the tvs had the soccer channel on, but the other half had the cave vs warriors basketball game. We thought ok, as long as they put the sound for the soccer game, we can share the tvs. Well to make a story short the sound for the basketball was placed. We asked the supervisor if they were going to change the sound to the soccer game and he said no because the "majority" of the people were asking for the basketball sound. SO WHY DO YOU ADVERTISE A SOCCER TOURNAMENT YOU ARENT GOING TO PLAY?? oh and the "drink specials" was simply happy hour which by the way ended at 6 and the game didnt even start till 630. False advertisement, we could have gone to a different bar that had actually game drink specials. No lie we payed the bill and left. Prob wont be going back.

Every handful of years the owners change the name and ever so slightly modify the menu to meet up with the new name, however, very little changes. The food there is fine, I most recently had the shrimp tostadas, which wasnt bad, but wasnt any better than my local fish taco joint, which charges half the price. My biggest issue is the space. The dining area seems disjointed, oddly lit, and uninviting. And it doesnt help that you cant enter the restaurant until they get your table ready. Its odd that the waiting area is outside and just isnt the ideal experience. The best thing is the chips and salsa, but probably not worth the trip just for that.

Worst service ever ..... Managment they do NOT know Wtf they are doing.... Im disabled, try to pay with my credit card over the phone and they did not acept that because I have to go over the cashier and present my id my mom was going to pick the food up.... Thanks to el pescador bar and grill at bell over florence and eastern they acept my type of payment and no problems w/ managment.... Thanks el pescador at Montebello to suport disabled people....

I would give this 0 stars. They advertise this place as the "headquarters for copa america" and I come here and they have the sound for the Warriors game!!!.. Id understand if it was the LAKERS or even the Clippers, but it was Cleveland v warriors!!! It is bullshit!!! There were other USA fans as well but we got ignored, so I left along with our party, dont advertise something if you are not going to honor it! !!

I would give this place a 5 star for the food and the service,, but in my mind d theres always room for improvement. The food is just plain great, great flavor on the ceviche and always C O L D beer.. Cant wait to see the new remodel area.. If you want to see a boxing match, get there early... Or you wish you had... Great deals for lunch... My favorite is la tampiquena.. Tostada Reina... Is my favorite.. enjoy..

The service was bad. Ordered an Enchilada plate from the kids menu for my son and it was spicy. I returned it and waited another 10+minutes for my sons food. El Pescador in El Monte has more variety on the lunch menu, their service is excellent and the food is much tastier! Worth the extra 10 minute drive.

Went on taco Tuesday and got 3 tacos and a drink for $7 ! The tacos were really tasty and the employees were all very nice :) I dont know why I hadnt tried this place sooner but now that I know the tacos are good, Ill be going back to try other dishes as well :)

This has to be my favorite place for Ceviche and La Diabla is my signature taste ♡ the service is impeccable and Gustavo, Stacey, Jessica and everyone else take care of us so good! I totally recommend. My favorite day is Thursday night for Kareoke ♡

The service is really bad. The waitress take a long time to take ypur order. They dont care if you need something else. They ignore you when you call them. I prefer The Pescador in Downey or Pico RiverA. I wont come back to The one in Montebello

Only the food was ok. The waitress has no Idea what she is doing..completely oblivious to anything. I spoke to the manager, his excuse " we just opened ". That saids it all..its worst management and staff ever. Never coming here again

Once again another el pescador chain that disappoints in serving size and lacks in lunch deals. The el pescador off the 60 and mountain is the best one ever!!! Dont waste your cash here!!!!

Slow and bad service was one of my favorite but since my last 2 visit .Drinks arent all that great waitresses seem to be more busy other places we saw our only 2times trough out our meal.
