7/20/16 My daughter and I went here tonight to get some nachos and a bean burrito. I was told they were out of beans. Seriously? What mexican food restaurant runs out of beans?! I was told they only had enough for the burrito. When I asked if I could get the nachos discounted since there would be no beans, he said no. So they want to charge me full price for a meal that doesnt include everything?! When I pulled forward and asked for just the burrito, I was then told they ran out. So, in less than two minutes they ran out completely with no other customers? Talk about rude service!!! I have been here other times where they have messed my orders up. The food is good but they seriously need to work on their customer service.

Es un lugar que brinda alimentos exquisitos, me encanta, es comida mexicana con sabor único, burritos con tortillas de harina unicas en sabor !!! Felicidades por la amabilidad, atención, sabor y buen precio, bendiciones a los nuevos dueños y por supuesto a todos sus comensales!! Buen provecho!

The two times that I have ordered food here they charged me for cheese on my burritos and both times there was no cheese on my burritos. This time I even asked the women at the window if there is cheese my burritos and the women looked me in the face and straight lied to my face. I will never go to this place again if they charge you for something and dont put it on. I work hard for my money. Im sorry that their job is so hard that they cant get a order right and lie to the customer when they are getting charged for something.

I found this place in 2003 and it had the best burritos I had ever tried. This place had its golden decade from 2003 to 2013 but has had a severe drop in quality since then. The Tortilla and meat they use is terrible now. Im bummed that Ill never get to experience those king burritos from the golden days again.

1st time here. Not much to look at visually, but the giant burrito special I had for $6.75 was very good and filling, your choice of meat, beans, rice, cheese, lettuce and guacamole. Id grab and go again if nearby. To go only, drive through & small tables for outside dining, but most take it to go.

The stars are for the food. Although theyre not consistent on the taste and quality. Carne Asada fries is made with old beef. Their Customer Service is not enviable. Plus they regularly get the orders wrong. Make sure you check your food before driving off. UPDATE:: I got a Fake $10 from there!

Both ladies working there make you feel like you are bothering them to make your order, they get ur orderwrong and ovrrcharge u. Realbad experience 2 times with those bitches! Theirshredded beef looks like Alpo dog food! Dont eat there if upiss them off its certain they willmess with ur food!

The food is good but the employees are really rude. I asked for green sauce and the lady replied in the rudest way. When I was about to leave, she told me a bad word in spanish. I understand spanish and speak it to so I told her "what you say, b**ch" and she got scared.

I have been comming to ramiros for the last 5 years. The breakast machaca and steak and egg are bomb! Lengua burritos are my favorite . Drive thru takes forever sometimes( in the other hand when im hungry everything takes forever) final veredict: recomended

Terrible service, the 2 males were rude and didnt get our order correct, they dont do refunds and if you complain they wont even try to reason with you. The king burrito has less meat than a regular one but more condiments. Never going their again!!!

Bought two shredded beef and cheese burritos, the beef was tiny little tidbits with tons of fat and connective tissue, the cheese was still shredded and not even melted and almost all cheese. Horrible food horrible service

I always get the 4 mini Al Pastor tacos, and they have always been very delicious. I also recently tried their Cóctel de Camarón and the only complaint that I had was that there was no avocado in it.
