Ordered from this place as a long time resident, about 2-3 yrs ago really went down hill. Last time i called 45 mins before closing they put on hold and never pickep up. After 5 mins i hung up called back they answer then hang up. I switched to Mountain Mikes they serve the same area and pizza is comparable with Round Table but treat you like they appreciate your business. Have switched alot of my neighbors over and happy to not deal with this Round Table location on Calaveras and Park Victoria. Two other nearby Round Tables in fremont and landess have way better service but does not quite have the Round Table taste not sure why they dont know how to make right, close but off.

This place sucks they conveniently make the pizzas really slow during the lunch buffet so you will fill up and not eat as much I went with my family and was only able to eat salad do to them not putting out pizza fast enough for the amount of people that were there at the time and they never cleaned off any table the whole time we were there all the tables ended up like this

Agreed ....Horrible customer service . Take forever for delivery. This store has the worst employees and manager I dont want to come here. Never again. they smoke all time and you can smell when you ordering your pizza , please who ever own this pizza place take care your business because employees ruin your business.

This store sucks. This is a poor example of Round Table Pizza. Dont order from this store. They totally embarrassed me in front of my colleagues today. I will not frequent this store again. Frozen pizza is a better choice! Pizza pockets are a better choice. McDonalds is a better choice!

Very rude customer service take forever to get a pizza .....manager always flirting with guy employees so unproffesional i cant belive they have a manager with bad customer service doesnt make u féel welcome at ALL not eating here again.......

This place every as okay... the pizza taste weird, I really couldnt put my finger on it. It was either the sauce or the burnt taste. It was one or the other. Either way it didnt taste like pizza... I would much rather of gone for patxis pizza.

Waited like 10 or 15 minutes trying to place an order suddenly the guy at the register told us that the girl next to us was gonna take our order when we got to her she didnt have an idea about taking an order or not

They have good and bad days...I have been in this place since 2002...I have seen it all...Good staff...but sometime bad scheduling causing hiccups! These guys make minimum wages..and a fast turn over job.

Round Table is good pizza but this is not a place to go for good service. I have never had the buffet because this place is small and can get crowded easily.

They dont add in the coupons for delivery and you have to call to argue about the final price. Very upsetting especially with guests visiting.

Paid $56 for 2 large pizzas...worst pizza Ive ever have, the crust the ingredients just the worst Ive ever have. Costco serves better pizza.

Came by with 40 teenagers and they get over backwards and were great. All the employees were helpful and polite. Great experience
