Kings BBQ came thru for me this past weekend for my daughter meet and greet party. There was so much food and the ribs are to die for. So many of my guest loved there ribs. I had ordered 6 of the BBQ pack that feeds 16 to 20 and my guest of 100 was stuffed and took home a lot of left overs but do keep in mind I also had a taco guy there too but it was so much food. Corn bread was amazing as well. And the food arrived hot! The only thing is you have to buy your own serving spoons and all the meat is combined in 1 tray so you would have to request that in the beginning to separate your meats otherwise they will pack it up in 1 big huge tray but even that it was so dang good! I end up separating it myself only 3 trays chicken, trip tip, and sausage and rib in one tray the other 3 I left as is. And honestly my guest had no issues with that. Rod is definitely easy to work with and he did amazing job and his bbq sauce is really good! I read some reviews before that it is too sweet but I thought it was just perfect

We came here while visiting LA. We had a large group so enough people to try a lot of different menu items. Everything was good. The chicken was juicy. The ribs were just how I like them. The beans were one of the best Ive ever had. The coleslaw and potato salad were good. The greens could use some more flavor. The king burger was huge! The mac was good and homemade. You get a good amount of food for the price. The sides could be a little bigger. Its almost like a tease cause its so good but you just get a taste. Yhe bbq is very good and smoky! The ribs and chicken were smothered in sauce. The staff was friendly. Ill be back.

GOT A STOMACH ACHE!!! First time going today. A lot of things on their menu are unavailable. Inside looks dirty so I was having second thoughts wether I should have ordered or not, I drove 40mins so I had no choice but to try it. I got the dinner baby back ribs plate to go. They told me it had 8 pieces but I only got 6. I got two sides of Mac and cheese since they didnt have many options, the taste was horrible I couldnt eat it. The ribs had no flavor, all they depend on is the BBQ sauce. Ive been to other places where not much BBQ sauce is needed since the ribs have flavor. Definitely wouldnt recommend this place at all.

Ive eaten here a few times. This is my honest opinion of the entire menu. The beef ribs and beef brisket are very good. The brisket is actually delicious. The pulled pork is below average. The pork spare ribs are horrible and not worth getting. The chicken is bland. If you dump a ton of sauce on it, it becomes more flavorful. The sausages are OK, a bit too sweet for my taste. All in all, this is just an OK bbq place. Oh, the building that houses the restaurant is in a shady neighborhood and is really run down. But my rating is not based on that. The food is just OK.

I wish I could give this place no star. Ive been going there since I was a kid. Moved 90 miles away at the end of last year. Long story short; the food was horrible! The rib tips were old and burned up. The greens were ice cold and the potato salad was more like a quartered boiled potato. The delivery driver was rude as F***! I called the establishment to voice my concerns and the person I spoke to could care less. It was inedible to me and I went to give my buddys pit bull the meat and he wouldnt even touch it. Never again!

These guys set up a spot every Thurs/Fri at the Bloc (7th and Flower) during lunch, and their stuff is killer. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and they genuinely enjoy what they do and take pride in it. Youd be hard pressed to find any vegan/vegetarian options here, but if youre into real BBQ, get the sampler platter and you wont be disappointed. Leave the greens to every other food stop cashing in on that trend in LA, and do yourself a favor by grabbing some real food here.

I went for the brisket but ordered a sample platter instead. The beef ribs were tender & tasty; the chicken fell off the bone; the link was out of control; and the brisket was fantastic. I cant wait to go back to try the turkey! As far as sides go: the corn bread was straight out of the oven and the mac & cheese had cheesy basked crust hidden in there. Loved the long counter with stools and the view of the GIANT brick pit.

The hot links were damn good, fresh ground and on point. Im more of a dry rub rub guy, but i still appreciate these saucier ribs which were also cooked perfectly and the sauce was pretty good. Now the chicken, thats something i dont normally order, but it came with the sampler and it wasnt like i was going to not eat it. Well Im glad i did because that chicken changed my life. And Im only slightly exaggerating.

Despite the fact of living next to it for quite some time now I never bothered to come in to this joint.. However my first time coming I have ordered the sampler basket it was AMAZING! It came with 3 slices of brisket 2 ribs 2 pieces of chicken and 2 links. The sauce was super delicious. But I was kinda disappointed with their greens and had little flavor. Other than that I love this joint!

Writing this review after I just ate their delicious Pulled Pork sandwich debating if I want to order another one because theyre that good. Perfectly smoked pork shoulder complimented by some of the best mac and cheese Ive had in years. The mini biscuits are baked to perfection. Their honey butter is amazing. Finally a good barbecue spot in Los Angeles.

Craving killer!! I would give 5 stars but Rays in H P, CA has my heart. The meat was very tender and juicy. The ribs were very meaty and the BBQ sauce was perfectly sweet and smoky. The slab we ordered came with plenty of sauce. We were very well taken care of. I will definitely return. Thank you for great service your Majesty.

This place....when you walk in. Amazing for the surrounding area. Clean and fresh. The guy at the counter Rod.....he is really nice. My hubby is VERY INDECISIVE about food and Rod just said, "take your time, Im in no rush at all". Customer service GREAT!!! Food ....GREAT!!!! I would recommend you to EVERYONE

Drove across town for some bbq Internet said open till 10 painted on side of building open till 10 get there at 930 no one is around.... so I went to moms bbq sides my not be great but they were open like they said.... dont think I will ever go back
