I had a 7pm reservation. Got there at 6:50 and was told that I would have to wait another 25 minutes. OK, no problem, it is Valentines Day and they were busy with walk-ins. I went to the rest room. No tp in the stall, no soap, the counter was soaking wet and all the trash cans were overflowing. I let the hostess know the issues in the rest room. 7:15 came and went. I asked how much longer and was told that there was no set time. Could be an hour. I also found out that they had the walk-ins on the same list as the reservations. This means that some walk-ins were being seated sooner then reservations. I complained to the owner and she found us a seat about 7:35. Finally time to eat! The meat was bloody. The salad bar was so-so. My Brazilian husband did not find the food authentic. He said only a couple of the meats were good out of all of them. The meat we came for, picanha, wasnt good. The ambiance was HORRIBLE. The drinks didnt have prices. To trick poor saps into buying an overprice drink. The lighting was bright, the restaurant sounded like a noisy cafeteria with forks clinking on plates and babies screaming. Screaming babies! Who brings a baby out to an expensive restaurant on Valentines Day? Obviously someone that couldnt get a sitter that wants to ruin it for the rest of us that got sitters! I couldnt wait to pay my $119 bill (for two people) and leave. I decided to check out the rest room on the way out to see if my complaint was taken seriously. Nope, still no soap in the dispenser, trash overflowing, and wet counter. I will give 1 star since the tp was replenished. Most likely a customer did it herself.

There is a Texas de Brazil that Is 20 miles away from there which is worth every MILE! Never usually make reviews but this particular restaurant needed my opinion! Two things First I called and made a reservation...prior to the reservation I asked if they carried LAMB CHOPS... the kind lady said of course we do we wouldnt be a churrascsria if we didnt. 45 minute drive later, we finally get there and got seated. Asked the server if he can bring out some lamb chops. Brought out three different meats which were (chicken liver, ground sausage, and bacon ground beef something). I asked for the land chops again and he said we dont have lamb chops. So he brought the manager and I explained to him the whole situation about me calling prior to dining, and the manager said let me call the manager. Frustration level started rising and when the OWNER came out he said we havent served lamb chops in over 10 years. He didnt say sorry or accommodate anything for their "fish and bait" tales they were telling over the phone and i immediately left very very dissapointed. Basically he made all other independant churrascarias that are not franchises a very bad Look. Im sorry but Im not wasting my money again on independent churrascarias. btw their meat was low quality. Not cooked right and overall service was crappy.

I came in time for the lunch price before 3pm hoping to get the dinner menu starting at 3pm which included nicer cuts of steak but it didnt work out that way. They charge you extra if you want dinner but came during the lunch price. I understand and accept this but when I asked both the server and manager for a sample of the ribey steak to see if it was worth the extra price for dinner they both said no. Come on really? I am asking for a bit size sample literally! Another thing is the meat taste a bit strange and was over salted. It was okay but just ok not great. I remember it being better years ago. Even the salad bar is sad. Maybe its under new management now. Sadly I wont be returning. I will find another steak place to eat at since they are so greedy they cant give me a sample. What does that tell you? Overall its a ok place. They make it look fancy with the interior decoration but its not the decoration I am here for its the steak and the steak is not that great.

I have been coming to this restaurant on and off for probably 5-6 years for birthday dinners and it never lets me down but this time was exceptional. The manager is a great guy and told us all about the history of the Green Fields. He makes it a point to walk around and make sure his customers are getting what they need and will even just chit chat with you. I highly recommend coming here. Be sure to ask for the grilled pineapple with cinnamon, all the years I have been coming here I never knew about it and the manager is the one that made sure we got it. It tastes amazing and is also supposed to help with the digestion of all the meat you will consume. Great quality food and service. I dont think there was a moment that our entire table didnt have a drink these servers work hard. Overall great experience.

Amazing Brazilian-style Churrascaria. As a Brazilian steakhouse aficionado, I whipped a U-turn to stop here on a whim one day. I was pleasantly surprised and more than pleased to find that this place easily rivals (if not surpasses) the quality and variety of my favorite Churrascaria in Los Angeles. The food is amazing, the service is great, the salad bar is extensive, the atmosphere is chill, and the meats are perfectly prepared. The signature picanha is seriously to die for. My only quarrel with Green Field is that its so far from my neighborhood in LA; which might actually be a good thing, in the effect that I wont be able to go there every other day. Stellar restaurant!!!

We visited Greenfield Restaurant on a sunday for a birthday party during lunch hours, it was dark, warm, all our guests were complaining about the temperature being warm. The Food was very expensive, the salad bar was poor, empty bowls, the shrimp bowl was empty. We had two little boys in our party which were 9 years old and were charged as adults, which was ridiculous because they hardly ate anything. The Place is Old, Air Conditioning doesnt work very good, portions of the meat are very small, salty, cheap cuts. Nobody at our party liked this place and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible.

Im always surprised this place isnt busier. The food is great, especially for the price and the staff is on it for the table side meat serving. The salad bar is clean and well stocked and I never feel pressured to go when were on pause from the meat servings. If you havent been here yet, what are you waiting for? Its a great experience even if you arent a meat fan, but an AMAZING experience if you are. The lighting and mood set are low key and conversation friendly, so a lot of family and friend get togethers we head here first. They have something for everyone, and NO ONE leaves hungry.

I had a horrible experience. We came here to celebrate my mothers birthday and on their website they simply said lunch was from 11-3 with no other specification and when we arrived, they tried to charge us dinner price. The waiting staff was rude questioning us "what do you mean what do I mean" whilst smirking after we asked him a simple question. It was such a bad experience we just had to end up leaving and traveling to the cheesecake factory where we were treated much better. Word of advice, skip this restaurant.
