This place SUCKS. Go to ANY other Little Cesars than this one, & youll get the satisfactory service youd expect from this kind of place. But this one, BELOW average. Theyre customer service is terrible. I called to make sure the items I wanted would be ready & they said theyd have to make it. So they did, knowing we were still on our way even though they were 5 min from closing, & seemed okay with it. When we showed up, they refused to open the door to us & pointed to their registers to say they were already closed out when they werent- they started closing them after we started waiting at their front door. Then, they guy crouched down and actually started closing the register and when I knocked again to see if I could just pay cash or work something out (I could see our pizza right there), he started down there like he was hiding from us!! So immature! Whyd he confirm that wed be able to pay and pickup our order if he was going to do this?? I wasted my gas and time to drive here from San Clemente for THIS ?!

The companys deal is hot and READY pizzas. The pizzas are never ready, and it takes forever. They can never remember what you ordered. If you order, leave and come back they will have given your food to someone else and forgot what you ordered. This has happened on multiple occasions.

I visit this store like twice a week. Its like super convenient, course is always buisy but I am aware of the constant effort from the staff to be friendly and efficient with everyone. The food is fresh.
