The pour for the XO brandy was extremely small, maybe two mouthfuls at most...not worth $30. Starters: Wings were coated in a nasty sauce, but slightly undercooked. Egg drop soup strongly tasted of seaweed., we could not finish either. Main course: Chicken was dramatic, but smoke was closer to "burnt" than "smoked" and infused everything on the plate. Duck was very tough, and after eating a lot of it (we were hungry at this stage) we found very pink raw parts.Hope we dont get food poisoning! Desert: Persimmon tapioca was tasteless and uneatable but looked outstanding. Black cumin icecream was delicious, great blend of tahini taste that also went well with the passionfruit sorbet We were not asked at any time about the meal apart from the soup course, or we would have said. Even when we left a lot of food, we were not asked!

My wife and I visited this place a for a late lunch. We wanted to try it because it is a newer restaurant in town. The front/host desk was unmanned and we kept waiting for someone to show up... Nobody did. We walked ourselves into the dining area. Chinese restaurants are not known for their warmth and cozy ambiance, but this place seemed like a warehouse -- cold and abandoned. Three different servers (two of whom barely spoke English) were "helping us" -- which was no help because there was a lot of miscommunication and omissions. We eventually asked for a manager to step up. She showed up with a cold face and attitude. The food was bland and we were very, very displeased with the service. We will never, ever return to this place.

No nonsense service and cooking. That aim to please but dont expect to please everyone. My kind of place. Fast service, reasonable price and oh soon flavorful. Weekday lunch time be cautious cause it can get packed and it your trying to get your one hour break here be sure your schedule is flexible for 1.5to 2 as by 12 noon names are on the board. I enjoyed their chicken wings .. The best by far that I have had.

Fantastic food. My family and I tried the duck, oxtail noodles, and the branzino. Everything was great, although the appetizers werent the best Ive ever had. The service was by far the best service Ive ever received and the decor was very unique and inviting. It is not crowded or noisy, they focus on customer satisfaction rather than bringing many customers in at once. Dessert was very good as well.

The fried chicken was pretty good but I think the sauce was a little overpowering.We also got the black bean noodles which was really good, the string beans and the fried rice!! The fried rice was probably my favorite dish of the night .There will be a wait when you go, even if its in the middle of the week, so be prepared to wait on average 45 minutes!

Fantastic restaurant. Cosy, spacious, and great food. Used to be owned by Top Chef season 14 runner up Shirley Chung. But when I was last there I heard Chef Chung was no longer running the restaurant and they were changing the menu from Asian fusion to more of meat restaurant.

Asian Fusion restaurant by Top Chef Shirley Chung. Decent food, geared more towards the foodie type person. Flavors arent as bold, but very tasty, and technique is good. Drinks are very, vert eell made thougg. Wouls rather eat at a Sam Woo if given the option.

The most random a$$ place I have been to outside of Irvine. Small, ventilation good be better, but a lot of unexpected fun in Little Five. Good DJ. Diverse crowd. Drinks could be better, but that wasnt a huge deal. Looking forward to going back.
