Server was awful!! Rude and demeaning. Was told there was an allergy to mushrooms and dish was loaded with mushrooms... when he asked about it he said that he personally made the dish and there were no mushrooms. When I picked it up and showed him he called it something else when it was clearly a mushroom then he simply shrugged it off and walked away We were told that all their food was "custom" made and would take at least 45 minutes so they said we should get their charcuterie which we did but didnt want to do.. it was late.. we simply wanted dinner Server... zero stars Sommelier .. 5 stars Steak quality.. 5 stars "Custom" food prep.. 1 star Overall a bad experience!!

Decided to try Valette for the first time based on a recommendation from a friend. My husband and I were celebrating our 15th year wedding anniversary. The food was good but the service was not the best. It took them from the time we sat down to getting our drinks 25 minutes. People seated after us were served first. At a dining experience like this you would hope that the chef or staff would come around but in the 2 hours we were there we did not see anyone come out from the kitchen. I must have visited on an off day. My visit compared to my friends were very different.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience! Everything looked so good I didnt know what to order so the server told me to do the "trust me" menu and it was fabulous! We each got different items and tasted each others dishes. Service was excellent good pace but not rushed. P.S. You must try dessert I had the Strawberry hand pic with Strawberry milk and I thought I died and went to heaven. I can wait to go back again.

Weve been to Valette twice now. Both times the service was amazingly wonderful and the food was super yummy. They really make you feel warm and welcomed there. I always recommend this restaurant to friends and clients who are or are not from the area, but are looking for a great spot with yummy food and superb service. We will for sure be back soon!

Best restaurant in Sonoma County! Fresh local ingredients combined with refined techniques. Amazing food and generous portions, unlike other fine dining in the area. In Barndiva for example the food is not as good, tiny portions, and more expensive.

All of the dishes were excellent. The appetizers are large enough to split and the entrees arent big enough to be overly full. Dessert is the perfect size and wasnt too sweet. Really enjoyed our meal and would happily come back.

Best foie gras ever. In fact, this was the best meal we have had in wine country in years. Squash blossoms were fabulous. Scallop appetizer is phenomenal. Medium prices, but well worth it. Every dish was perfect

Very nice ambiance and a great menu! Best to make a reservation but sitting at the bar is a great experience as well. Definitely get the charcuterie with a glass of wine to start.

Awesome service. Incredible food. Amazing space. And all for $200 for a 6 course tasting menu for two people. One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Period.
