Great place for a quick lunch. The customer service is fantastic all the time. Ive been here many times and havent had any complaints aside from it being so popular that at times the line could be lengthy. However, you can order through the mobile app and not have to wait in line to order. I have always received my food really fast whether I was ordering from the app or in person. I typically order the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The chicken always taste so juicy and tender with the perfect kick to it. I add some barbecue sauce most of the time. Ive tried other items on the menu and havent found anything I dont like yet. No parking of course, it is Westwood. There is meter parking in the surrounding area and some lots too. Lucky me, I get to walk here.

Despite living very close to the Hollywood location, I go out of my way to come here when Im craving Chik-fil-A. The indoor seating, friendlier staff, and absence of accosting vagrants are well worth the extra mileage. Its often buzzing with students from nearby UCLA, having discussions about classwork or studying at their table. Its well maintained, but sometimes the bathrooms can get messy during peak dinner hours. They have a variety of special deals and offers, mostly exclusive to UCLA students. However, they have a "buy one meal, get one free" deal on the second Wednesday of the month, which is open to all customers!

I first experience was a good one. However the next two trips I had were awful. my second time coming I was there when they open at 6:30am getting breakfast before work, when I got to work to eat my food my biscuit was so hard and chicken burnt, and I asked for honey and the lady advised they were out of honey really!!!! that was about two weeks ago, now I just left and got the same thing A #1 meal and this time the biscuit was fine but the chicken was burnt and I couldnt eat it. I assumed going when they first opened 6:30am the quality of the food would be good. Guess not. :( I will not be back to this Chick-fil-A ever.

Thank God this Chick Fil A replaced the ghetto Burger King that used to be here when I was at UCLA! It looks like Ill be visiting Westwood a lot more now for my addiction =p instead of having to drive out of West LA. The service here is just amazing and the employees are super helpful and friendly. The food here is really good and is definitely a winner in my book. This aint your normal fast food chain - this is Chick Fil A and its here to stay =)!

Great place...Food is good...but weve had better sizing& quantity of fries &chicken sandwichs prices when it was not closer to closing time... Feel a little cheated for my money tonight.... The tea has too much syrup in it can not enjoy it. Chicken soup is not good. Will not go at 10:20p.m. again.... I know they will take care of this issue tomorrow, this is the only reason I am not give them a bad rating....

Kudos to Chick-Fil-A for staying true to their standard of being closed on Sundays. Especially because it is one of the busiest days in LA. Great Customer Service and you cant beat the feeling you have after a $7 meal here. The chicken is real, the waffles fries taste great and the sauces are on point. Parking is a pain here, but theres a target close by that has parking.

Las Vegas is making such a big deal about their first Chick Fil A. The irony is that I tried my first chicken fil a sandwich in Westwood while visiting UCLA. Chick Fil A was directly across from the entrance to campus. ha ha The students love their food. There was a line with students filling bags for their friends to return back to their dormitories.

The food is the same as any Chick-fil-a, but the staff and service are EXCELLENT here! They are always smiling, always fast, they have never gotten my order wrong, and they are very helpful and friendly. I see homeless, disabled, college students, and businessmen all eating here at the same time. All are treated well. It is a beautiful thing.

Quality food and friendly service. Everyone was satisfied with the food. The 4 pieces of chicken strips doesnt worth the price. The other downside is that they put 9 pieces in our 12 pieces of chicken nuggets, however it didnt affect the overall experience. Great quality

Its a very busy and high volume chick fil a. If you come during lunch hour be prepared to wait a while for your food. Food is excellent and fresh tasting. Staff is also very friendly. Would go more often if I could get my food faster so I could get back to work faster

I was at the register at 10:31 and told they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 so there was nothing on the breakfast menu available. Really? First of all - catch up with the times- and serve breakfast all day. Second- 1 minute. Thats nuts. I left and wont be back.

The food is as good as always. Parking in Westwood is a pain and seating is often crowded in this Chick-fil-a. Recently I made a mobile order and it hadnt even been started by the time I got there. But they did comp me a free sandwich so they did make up for it.

Amazing and delicious. Really the best fast food out there. This location has no drive through and is frequently very busy during lunch due to all the UCLA students (though the staff does do a good job getting through the line). Chicken is always delicious.

Friendly staff, quick service and clean restaurant. I like the spicy chicken but its not really spicy. The waffle fries are good with the ranch. Your basic fast food with quality ingredients. Its like In n Out for chicken sandwiches!

We seriously need more Chick-fil-As here in LA. Super friendly service. Spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a lemonade is my go to. Always busy, but somehow there is always seating. WIFI is available as well.

Bad experience, while having lunch, they had a fire drill. All had leave, some carrying half eaten burghers. Could have planned the testing well. Food okay, not the best. But very good staff, courteous and friendly.

The chicken here is the best, and they have great fries which all goes well with chick-fil-a sauce, and coca cola. The staff are also very friendly, and professional. Definitely worth the money to eat here.

I usually go for breakfast so I get lucky with the parking. Its difficult to maneuver during regular hours. Parking aside, the waffle fries with that one "everything" sauce is something else.

The number 3 for breakfast is super juicy and bursting with flavour. The staff are also really nice and dont feel like zombies or youre talking to a wall, actual service from real people!
