Just had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. I went and ordered a taco party pack through the drive through. When she asked if what was on the screen, all I could read was "taco 12 pack" due to the glare on the screen. When I get to the window, I realize the order was for a taco variety pack. No big deal, I thought. Ill ask if theres anyway to change it and if not, thats alright. First thing she says is, "you said variety pack" I did not, but I wasnt about to start an argument about something so small. Then I ask politely if theres any way to change that and she says yes. So Im there thinking everything is good in the world and I can hear her start yelling to the kitchen people. "I need an order change! Im dead serious! This is why we ask if everything is right on the screen!" She starts rudely trash talking about me to her co-workers while Im sitting in my car within hearing distance with the drive through window open. I was in disbelief. I didnt yell at her. I didnt kick her dog. I didnt do anything to her except ask if I could do that. I was polite because thats what you do when youre working. I worked retail for years, so I know how hard it can be to deal with people and their requests, which is why I asked if it was at all possible to fix. I drove off after that. I didnt pay. I didnt get my food. Terrible service. Rude workers. May talk trash to their co-workers about you while you listen.

I have eaten at this taco bell at least 6 times in the last month or two and its just a horrible rip off. Unless you like cheesy gordita crunches with literally no cheese, basically just a dried up gordita shell on a taco that is 90% lettuce than dont eat here. Only one out of at least 6 times I paid almost 6$ for only 2 of these lettuce tacos and one time it was only just worse than any other taco bell Ive eaten before and yet it was still 10x better than the absolutely horrible excuse of garbage I got all the other times I ordered this same order. This place needs new management/owners/staff or should be shut down or have their license revoked for being a scam.

I am a big fan of Taco Bell, but Im not a fan of rude employees like RANDY! You should go find another job if you think you are too good for this one. Watch your mouth when you are on the speaker taking orders, we can hear you, duh!!! Maybe you should reconsider working with the public if you think youre so smart because you dont look like youre smart at all.

I came here with my almost two year old son for lunch. I ordered him a mini quesadilla with no sauce. I was given a mini chicken quesadilla with sauce. I also ordered a combo and the drink with light ice. The drink was filled to the rim with ice. Apparently they dont listen or pay attention to food orders from customers here.

Misty is the worst. I try really hard to give people the benefit of the doubt, but when you completely ruin an order of two burritos and two tacos...there is no excuse. How on earth do you mess that up!? Well, she did and not only that but she was completely rude. Never again Taco Bell. Never again.

Everyone loves Taco bell! This location itself has a somewhat obnoxious parking lot, but hey it is Grass Valley. This location tends to make their items a little bit different from day to day, which isnt too bad. Not as consistent as the Auburn or Colfax ones.

Came late at night 30 minutes before close, and staff would not serve food. On the night of 6/23/2016 4 staff were out front smoking and no one would answer the drive thru. Will not honor store hours!!
