Normally I come inside the restaurant I get the cheapest meal there and I leave, but today was an amazing day because I met a young lady that made me feel so welcome that I paid for a platter! This is coming from the queen of the $2.99 special! I spent almost $20.00! Because Ms. Battle made my 16 year old and I feel special. Her name is Dequesha Battle. Shes something special! This young lady could sell me butter! She upgraded my meal by using up selling skills that I teach my sales team, but hers were just natural. She cared that we enjoyed our meals. She did everything that I would do if I was a sales person. Ive trained sales people for fortune 500 companies for over 16 years. We have recruited sales people from restaurants and have found that they make great candidates for Account Executives. I would hire this young lady dont let her go she is awesome!!! I had a very challenging day and was not at my best, but the moment I walked in I was served with a smile and great enthusiasm! Thank you Ms. Battle you are a breath of fresh! She brightened my day and best of all she made me spend more money and made me smile at the same time. Shes a keeper and a noticeable change from past experiences in your restaurants. Driest chicken I ever eaten from a fast food restaurant and tastes like soft sand. I dont expect 5 star food but I want to at least take a bite from the food without needing to drown it in the 2 hot sauce packets they gave me for a family meal. Dont come late night because they are out of a lot of things and give you warm chicken. Its also way too expensive. The 2pc combo meal is 7.99$ when you can get the same deal at KFCs for 5$. Youre better off at KFCs or Churchs Chicken. Trust me dont go here.

Fast food fried chicken with a kick. On this visit I was given more chicken than what I ordered but my sides where the incorrect sides I ordered. No biggie though, things like this happen at often at fast/ faster food establishments. Ive learned everything thats done a little faster you tend to lose or not get the chance to pay attention to detail

Horrible service.... pulled up to the intercom no acknowledgement at all. Pulled up to the window to ask if the intercom was broken, never was asked if i was ready to order or anything. Didnt even get to order.i was so mad, i pulled off and drove to taco bell ✌✌... never will go back there ...just rude!!!!!!!!

Service was just ok today. But everytime I come this Popeyes they never give you napkins!! I dont feel as though I need to ask for napkins, condiments yes but napkins no. Everybody knows when you eat Fried Chicken your hands are greasy, so please ,please give the customers Napkins!

As a family, tend to eat here every other weekend and its always quiet and air conditioned. Never had any problem with service and the food is as good as any other Popeyes. The setting is the best reason to eat here.

I ordered a 5 peice chicken strips combo. Their mash potatoes tasted like beans. The biscuit was alright and the chicken strips were a little bland . I wont be going there again.

Average fast food place. Chicken is the best. Was here twice this month. 2nd time didnt get straws for our drinks or sauce I requested. Pretty average service. Yummy chicken.
