Horrendous Customer Service Enough to ruin anyone’s appetite, do not bring your family, business colleagues, dates, or friends here unless you want to be disappointed. Tonight’s manager was a complete disgrace to herself, to any business owner, and a terrible representation to any business. It seems like the owners hire anyone off the streets. We complained with Manager about not getting the right order and getting over charged, “Yes” we were upset, and eventually got irate! Manager did a poor job diffusing the situation & correcting the problem and instead of apologizing she was rude and unprofessional. I am not sure what’s worse the greasy food, the inconvenient parking and long walk to the restaurant, or the horrible customer service. I hear there is a “Manager Skills” class coming up at Fullerton College you may want to send your staff there before you hire. “Go elsewhere ! ! ”

This place is beautiful and definitely not a "junior" to the main location in Placentia. Its more like a sister or maybe even an older brother. This location is nicer, has better seating, and the staff is great! My husband and I snuck in for breakfast last min a couple days ago in hopes of eating the awesome homemade chips and salsa that we crave from the other location and we were pleasantly surprised! We didnt think wed be able to get our regular meals because of the "junior" in the title... Not only did we get the chips and salsa identical to the other but their menu is pretty close to the same and their staff is great! Food was amazing! Portions can feed 2! Staff was great! Environment is very open, quiet, or you can watch sports and sit at the bar. Theres bar height tables, bar seating, and regular dining availability. Must go check it out! We will be back for sure!

Unlike the other review, I find all the servers and bar tenders very friendly. My personal favorite is the Chile Relleno and I have discriminating taste buds when you put a Relleno in front of me. They are not easy to make as it requires real skill and a culinary artist! They also have an inexpensive happy hour, making all partaking in the ritual happy and glad to pay the prices. Have the Diablito and go home a little like El Diablo. Just keep in mind the potency and have a friend be the designated driver.... also, this one is a little pricey happy hour pricing does not cover this one but is well worth every cent!

Service is very on point. I witnessed a acciedent that was no fault to the resturant, the customers child dropped their plate off the table and right away 2 servers near by cleaned up the mess and the manager came from behind the counter and made sure everyone was ok and replaced the meal, no questions asked. I didnt even hear the customer request for any kind of replacement. The food is amazing and I could eat their chips and salsa all day. Staff has always been very friendly and very down to earth, which to me is a major plus. And for the drinkers, Rayleen makes the best Micheladas. (I get them with Modelo, SO GOOD)

Literally just left this place and it was not good I never heard or a place where they charge u extra for carne asada n ur burrito or an dish also my burrito came with not only beans inside of my burrito but was drenched with them on top the and salsa was caned pace picante it was not worth the time or the money people also there was this baby just loud and the staff did nothing to ask this lady the control her kids my advice stay away from this place Gordon Ramsay would tear this place apart for real..

I really enjoy eating at pieology. Its very reasonable, the ingredients are fresh and your pizza cooks quickly. You can pick your own toppings or order off the menu. Its a subway/ chipotle set up where you see and pick what you want. The garage door is fun and there is lots Of light the place is pretty clean.

This taco truck is always good :) I had 3 tacos : chicken, carnitas, and al pastor with everything on it - green salsa, res salsa (spicy) onions, and sour cream. The tacos were fresh and delicious- my favorite is "al pastor" which is pork so flavorful and tender! Prices are fair, service is good and quick.

Best authentic mexican food must try chicken enchiladas i tried their food at an employee lunch and was amazing if the beans are good everything is good the restaurant is very clean nice staff and I even used them to cater a party for me my party guests loved the food HIGHLY RECOMMEND thanks Charlie

The food was good and the service was as well. I was very surprised that a couple was allowed to have a dog sitting on a chair at the end of the table. I like dogs but I didnt feel that was appropriate at all. Is this normal for this restaurant? Not sure if I want to go back.

Well service is not good.Servers r not seemingly happy.Chips are too greasy.Food is great however when people come to a restaurant they expect smiles.Ive been a server before.The other location in Placentia is better overall.

Id stick with water, the mixed drinks were either to strong or too sweet and the horchata and jamaica must have been from syrups and were not diluted nearly enough. The food was good though and the price was nice.
