I would have not put any stars at all if that were an option. I was not even greeted back with a hello. Instead, this girl worker in the most ***RUDE*** tone ever and a face filled with a look of anger and attitude asked "what do you want!" You would have thought she would have asked me nicely instead of making it seem like she was ordering me to tell her what I wanted. I told her my order and she then proceeded to tell me again in a rude tone that threw me off, "WHAT! I cant hear you, you need to speak up." Mind you, I told her I was sick so I couldnt talk loud. She just looked annoyed. Then another worker arrives and the one at the register tells her hi all sweetly then proceeds to look at me with an apparent attitude. IDK what kind of jamba workers you have here but what ever happened to BOOST? Be friendly? Smile? Here I was excited to get something light and healthy to enjoy but I am now upset at my experience and left without even getting anything. NEVER coming to this location again. Terrible customer service!!! Ugh.

I went with my family. Were regular customers. I ordered my usual orange supreme large and large strawberry whirl and strawberry were ok I give to my kids and when I started drinking mine that was something else I asked her is this orange supreme she said to me oh I am sorry I make you the right one so I started drinking the other one while waiting. Other employee came and asked me to return that drinks. I got shocked I ordered drinks they delivered wrong that was there mistake or fault. I feel punished I have to wait for my drink again in this 110 degree weather. Hoping they would understand they should have let me drink it that should have been the right thing as a policy If the Jamba Juice employees making mistake and there mistakes customers has to wait customers deserve free drink while waiting So I canceled my order You lost business & I lost to take my family on your location

The girl Melissa working there is horrible shes bipolar one day I go in shes happy the next she has an attitude!!! I I was actually scared to ask her to remake my drink!!!! Shes horrible her whole body language!! Sucks!!! I hope shes not management!!!!!

The drink was great but the girl who charged us was rude and didnt make sense when my husband asked her a question...hopefully there training all there staff to answer customers with the proper knowledge and correct answers to give
