our servers and appetizers were great, we were a large party of 14. Everything was going great until I found a hair in my coconut shrimp dip! Manager came and said sorry brought me a new place and took it off, and then another person in our party found a hair In the blooming onion dip ! when then they tried to tell us it was a bristle from a brush. which it was clearly too long and thin to be. It was almost like it was a dog hair off someones clothing. . the managers and the servers handled it very well, took my meal off and an appetizer and gave us 20% off our bill. but still left extremely hungry !

We went to outback in reno nv on Wednesday 8-12-2015 for my birthday dinner had not been there in a really long time well the food looks nothing like the commercials on tv, the Caesar salad was so salty and garlicly I could not eat it, I ordered a 6 oz filet steak rare was so it should have melted in my mouth it did not tuff like a bad chuck steak the limited shrimp was very garlicly also my husband had the twin lobster which was the size of my index finger ---- worst meal ever I will never eat there again and neither should anyone else unless you like salty and garlic food

Ive never been to an Outback before, but theyre supposed to be pretty good. This place was wretched, though. Stay away. Bad food, sketchy service, sketchy patrons, crummy atmosphere, and the place was in ill repair. Try Claim Jumper just down the road for all of the things Outback wishes it was. The weirdest thing is that this place is so packed you cant get in sometimes. I dont understand.

This makes the third time we visited Outback, twice at this particular restaurant. Not busy when we were there, so the fact that two steaks and a pork t-bone were served to us rare. Pork should always be cooked and the two steaks were suppose to be medium rare. My family will definately not be going back. If they were swamped, we would understand. But when it wasnt busy, unacceptable.

I ate at an Outback years ago in California, and it was not bad... Now, it seems if either the Reno Outback is way better or Outback in general has improved... The steak I had here was just about the best restaurant steak I have ever had! The cut of meat, which was a ribeye, was one of the best cuts I have ever had! Plus the waiter we had was super nice and attentive.

Had 3 people in our party, walked in and one of the workers opened the door,,walked right into us didnt even hold the door. Then we were sat at a "clean" table that they had to re clean. My friends steak was med well...she ordered med rare. All thought the server and food was good, Id go back but wasnt a great experience

Regarding the two comments about all the salt and spice on the food... I just always ask the servers at Outback to please have the kitchen leave the spices off when preparing my steak selection! I prefer it that way! Really improves the quality and taste of the meat in my opinion! Have done this many times!

Chain restaurant food is on par with the rest of the chain. But they cook their steaks exactly like you want friendly hostess and bartender good food nothing fancy price is to be expected from a chain

Me and my 15 year-old son. Stakes were excellent, cooked and seasoned to perfection. Service was fast and extremely friendly. Outback is a fantastic alternative to smoke filled casino restaurants.

The $8.99 steak is awful - it tasted like a combination of meats "glued" together and was gnarly. I couldnt eat it. I think this chain has lost a tremendous amount of quality since it began.

The food is just bad. The French Soup is very salty, so are the fries. Also they over sauce the Steakhouse Salad. Dont go to Outback Steakhouse ever!
