Id like to get straight to the point and talk about the main attraction of this place, the iced cream. Have come to Cold Stone Creamery many times, and not once have they disappointed me. On my last trip here I chose to go with a coffee flavoured milkshake with Oreos as a mix in. The texture of the shake was near-perfect! Nice and thick with a delectable creaminess, though no large chunks of oreo inside of the shake. The ice cream I have gotten there has been top quality as well and to me has only been rivaled by some gelato places I have been to. The selection is quite large, and there are many many more combinations of ingredients to mix into your choice a frozen cream delivery system, be it cone, cup, or cake! I would say that the one and only complaint I would have about this spot is how busy it was when I got there! If you plan on going, be sure to have ample time to wait in the line, as it was literally out the door. Well worth the wait, in my opinion.

I had tried this place out on 9/5/16 around 6:30-7 PM. I took my 3 nieces and nephew (all under 5) with me so I had 3 very excited and impatient kids. This was the very first time any of us have been there. As soon as we walked in, the two workers, a girl with braces and a guy with medium length blonde hair, both gave us dirty looks. There wasnt even a "hello" or "welcome". The girl was very impatient and kept rushing us. I told her weve never been there before and I had a few questions, she didnt seem to care. While I was paying, a (white) family came in and the two workers quickly greeted and helped them. We felt rushed so we quickly took our ice cream and went to sit outside to eat. I went back inside to get napkins and they had a look like they didnt want to talk to me. I felt like they were racist because Im not white. Will never go back there again, no matter how good the ice cream is.

Alexis (blonde lady) was rude the customer service. I asked for sweet creamy ice cream to try out and decided to get the cheesecake that I I usually get. I noticed she was getting the sweet creamy and had to stop her and asked her if that was the cheesecake she was preparing. I told her again what I wanted. All of a sudden she gave me an attitude and made me feel it was my fault. She started frowning and didnt smile at all. I told her after she was rude and prejudice.

As soon as you walk in the sweet smell of guilty pleasure penetrates the air. It is sugar overload wrapped in a bow served on a silver platter. L❤️vE the combination of candy bars, integrated into your favorite ice cream. Completely Customizable. Great way to end a night out and satisfy a sweet tooth.

Great employees havent been in awhile. Maybe my expectations were too ⬆high. They changed the recipe for vanilla bean its horrible now...bad move cold stone dont fix it, if its not broke. What a shame
