I love the food here but what I just saw was disgusting. I let the cashier know that there was build up on the soda fountain. Gross enough right. Told her they should be cleaning them nightly. She took a rag that smelled like bleach and stuck it up the fountain spout. Then wacked it into the garbage can to get the loose debris off of the rag. Mind you its now touched the inside of the garbage can. She started to go and clean the others with the same rag. I stopped her and told her she cant do that, that its a health violation. She then gave me attitude like Im stupid. But went to wash out the rag. Ill be calling the supervisor tomorrow.

Bad customer service. The cashier was hurrying me up while Im trying to ask him what is the difference of the plain BBQ from Hawaiian BBQ. It was my first time and I havent tried their food so it is normal to ask questions. And he told me that if Im not yet ready theres a customer waiting behind me. I am a customer too and I came ahead of the line. They should hire people who care about the company. Or train their people about good customer service!!!!!

Food tastes nothing like from Hawaii, but portions generous, and staff friendly. However customer service a bit lacking; when you come up while theyre doing something else, they just ignore you.

Food is okay, cleanliness is a bit of an issue. Sticky tables and faulty soda machines do not mix well for a place where someone will want to sit down and enjoy their meals in.

Very disappointing food quality. I ordered the chicken salad and it was not healthy and not tasty. Im in no rush to give them a second chance.
