UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Worst customer service ever. The lady that answers the phone is so rude. She kept saying bye and hanging up before I can even finish my order/question. This isnt the first time Ive experienced bad customer service with them. I was paying with card and she didnt even let me finish giving the info, hung up, called again and rudely said I dont have time for this, your card got declined bye dont call again. I Never ever experienced this treatment from a professional work environment. she should be working in the kitchen with all that attitude. Or even mopping floors. I wouldnt be surprised if theyre meat wasnt real beef. If there was an option to give negative stars, Id say -3. Im pretty sure many can agree that customer service is a big part of any store/restaurant being that your in business because us CUSTOMERS . This is not China we are in CALIFORNIA go back to China with all that negativity.

As I was walking along Fremont Boulevard and somehow I stop by this fortune cookies restaurant or fast food. And went inside and ordered pork chow mein. They have some drinks like smoothie or with Bubba. I ordered mine to go and not to order a drink. I asked a glass of water to drink. And guess what they didnt have water for me review i I asked a glass of water to drink. And guess what they didnt have water for me. And I said I dont want to buy soft drinks or any drinks I just want a glass of water and they dont have it. What kind of place is this that they have passed food that you can eat inside but no water The drain. Im so disappointed first time to go in and get a restaurant with no water.

This shop is near my highschool and many of my friends like to go here for lunch. If you like disgusting, brown, oily food that makes you feel ten pounds heavier ten minutes after you eat it this is the place for you! They dont speak English very well and the menu is kind of non existent. The prices arent eay to see, because they arent listed anywhere, so sometimes it will cost you 5 dollars for a box of rice while others its 4. Im sure they dont wash there hands and they arent very friendly. I dont think Ive ever seen that woman smile. Save your money and starve.

Pros: fast service on delivery. Cons: everything else. First time ordering and within minutes of the food arriving, the words never again were uttered. Salty is an understatement. The pork fried rice was okay, yet the chow mein, broccoli beef and the rest was barely edible. No one finished their plate, which just doesnt happen with Chinese. The leftovers, which were plenty were soon in the trash and removed from the house. There was no way that was going into the fridge. I tweeted that I had exorcised the house of the scent. Just say no.

Weve been ordering delivery from here for several years at the rate of at least once a month. The food is surprisingly good (and NO MSG) and the delivery is lightning fast! Even the prices are reasonable, especially for the quality of the food (check out the walnut prawns - scrumptious!). Note: They have *never*, not even once, gotten our order wrong. Now that we can order online, its even more convenient (though I kinda miss the nice womans voice, who always remembered my voice). This little place deserves a full five stars!

I completely disagree with the person who said the phone lady sucks. Im thinking the reception was bad, because even if you dont think she understood you, she totally did. I order from here, it arrives super fast, and it is always really hot and correct. I recommend this place highly. I think the hot and sour could use a little more hot, but thats just me. The kung pao beef is excellent, and nicely spicy. If you like it fried, orange chicken if great. I havent tried the salt and pepper pork chops, but i hear theyre great.

Horrible tasting food. I ordered the sechewan chicken and they made it all greasy and clumped. By the time the food was delivered it had already gotten cold and to top that all i found hair on the food- yuck it looked like human hair and I threw that food away. What a waste of money. The health department needs to check there kitchen.

Okay the lady in the front is very rude. She got my order wrong and when I asked nicely she gave me so much attitude and forced the fact that I ordered steamed rice instead of fried rice. Who wants boring plain rice? Good bye I hope they go out of business because theyre just wasting space

Fast pleasant and they dont use MSG ( A big plus since I am allergic). I recommend the salt and pepper pork chop, their honey prawns with walnuts, and the eggplant vegetable. Good stuff!

Very expensive for a Chinese restaurant. They charged $20 for a large chicken fried rice & kung pao chicken curry. Food is average at best. Dont go theere
