Waiting for a chicken sandwich should not be like waiting at the DMV. Unfortunately, such is an accurate comparison of my experience at Auburn Chic Fil A on November 11th. Auburn is a small town, and lately has had an increase in the saturation of fast food restaurants. Word travels fast, and if this business doesnt get it together, they wont last long. It took 32 minutes to get my (very small) order. The amount of incompetence was overwhelming. I got the overall impression the staff were having a bad day... everyone looked confused . It wasnt even busy (after lunch, I ordered at 2:31pm ).As I sat waiting, I had a chance to observe the other customers. They were just as frustrated as I was, to the point that some were telling customers coming through the door to not bother ordering. People were also getting wrong orders left and right. After 25 minutes, I formally complained at the front register ... I run a business. I know that you BEND OVER BACKWARDS to make up a mistake to a customer, because business is about relationships, not numbers. Seemingly, Chick Fil A Auburn has yet to learn this. I was not offered a refund. I was not offered free food. I was given a passing, half- hearted apology. Make no mistake, I enjoy this food chain. But I dont want this experience again, and certainly wouldnt wish it on my friends and family either. Manager on duty was Justice I believe. Friendly, but incapable of keeping the ship from sinking, so to speak. Shout out to an older gentleman, Steve who was at least attempting to smooth things over. Hope things get better here... Ill check back in a few months.

I love Chick-fil-a, but both of the times Ive ordered from this location, theyve gotten my order wrong. So its great, as long as you like your food exactly as its written on the menu. If you ask for American cheese on your spicy chicken sandwich, youre not getting it. Lol. So I personally wont be going back to this location, but other locations are usually great!

The drive thru was packed but the service at the window was fantastic! They made it worth the wait. Bethany was extremely polite and apologetic for the long wait. I have always enjoyed eating here. Excited to have one so near my work.

Great food, new and clean facilities. Calorie counts on all menu items under the listing. Stool, booth and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Lost a star only for the parent companys general negative behavior.

Enjoyed a delicious chicken sandwich with Colby Jack cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles! The jalapeno salsa they serve a breakfast is extra good on the entrees!

My order has not been correct once in the drive thru. Out of 3 visits. Ask clarifying questions. I only order the #s. It shouldnt be that difficult.
