The problems I have experienced here is not the food quality but the quality of everything else. I have went to Buffalo Wild Wings here in Fairfield once in December and now tonight. Both times there was no host waiting for customers entering the restaurant. In December my sister and I had to wait for someone to seat us for ten minutes with an almost vacant restaurant. Both times it took 30+ minutes to receive our food (appetizer with dinner served all together which is a NO). Tonight it was a 45 minutes wait! We had not been checked up on until the exact moment our food was placed down on the table. Really? One occasion they only had only a bartender in TRAINING working who messed up my drink that I couldnt enjoy which was my second option as they didnt have the ingredients to the drink I wanted. Tonight I would have ordered more drinks if I had the CHANCE too. Tonight two of the screens were off during a Raiders game people were watching and saw people twisting their heads and body away from their dinner just to see one screen. So much for a sports bar. Where is the manager/s running the place on these nights? Why are you not giving direction?! Why are you not on the floor making sure things are running smoothly?! Do you EVEN train your staff? Hopefully someone gets on top of running this place better. I saw multiple unhappy tables and one table actually get up & leave after waiting on someone to take their orders.

I am here in Cali visiting with family and I have been to many BWWs so I suggested we grab dinner here after shopping. We had a party of 6 and a baby, we were sat in the corner of the restaurant and received no service. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes half of our party decided to leave and so I went to the front to say we had been waiting without service and that most of our party had left, leaving my boyfriend and I. We decided to stay and we were reassured by staff that the problem would be fixed right away, they moved us to a different table and served our drinks right away. We ordered our food and waited over an hour for a total of 20 wings and an order of fries... totally ridiculous. I can understand a long wait at BWWs on a big game night or fight night... but they werent even busy. This was literally the worst service Ive ever received. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this BWWs location.

Oh man, where to start? Didnt have high expectations on coming here. Its a Schlotzkys with flair (and TVs). Too dark in here, I get it, they need to keep the glare off the TVs. And WAY too loud. OK, I expected that. Food was just OK, it was wings after all! Just dont ask to split the flavors from your order... company policy. If you dont mind everything you eat dunked into a vat of hot grease, or seeing adult males wearing jerseys of Kobe Bryant screaming at the TV and high-fiving their buddy next to them every time a ball goes through a hoop, give it a try. Its a hodgepodge of people, from the younger crowd to the older man fueling up on wings before taking his 50-something wife to Forever 21 in the mall. Otherwise, if youre looking for some nice food sans the loud noise and flair, Id highly recommend Wing Stop across the street where you can mix flavors and get a military discount as well.

Waited over an hour for my food. Just som ride man to tell me that I couldnt have boneless wings on my sampler even though my waiter Tyler told me that it came with boneless wings. The only option was to order something else after I had already waited an hour . Worst service I ever received at any restaurant I have ever been too. I would have complained to the manager but I had to get some sleep form my exam in the morning and didnt want to wait another hour for food. It wasnt even busy in the restaurant and they didnt bother to tell you that there would be an hour plus wait.

Their wings and sauces are decent. Their beer menu, considering their amount of taps, should be a little more depth in the craft department, however it isnt bad for your typical customers. Being a hop head, I am typically disappointed with the beer selection and am always wanting a wider variety of new beers. They are reasonably fast at cooking your food and the waiters, although busy, try their hardest to tend to you as much as possible.

The last few times I got wings here they were dry. Dry like they were overcooked or sat under a warmer too long. The burgers are on point though. Dont bother with the wild wing challenge, the sauce is plenty hot but it comes to your table with the sauce still boiling with wings in the bowl. The pepper heat is quite tolerable for a chilihead , the boiling heat is not. Good place to catch a game or a fight and drink beer while eating.

Terrible, showed up at 9 ordered and didnt get my food by an hour and had to leave for work. As a joke after 11 pm I messaged my friends I was with, hey you guys get your wings yet? And they said they had just left. After I left the wings were taken to the table right next to ours. After having to ask and have their orders re entered, that were only offered free sodas for a 2 hour wait on a small order of wings.

I love the negative reviews about noise and such. Its a sports bar, what did you expect? If you want peace and quiet with your wings then order them to go. Wing stop has tiny wings and their sauce choices just arent as good in my opinion. Plus their fries are gross. BWW has a lot more to offer than just wings, it really only compares to Hooters but this place blows them out of the water.

Usually bww is good but this one ...really sucked... couldnt understand the staff with their broken english... the waitress called everyone that walked in "papi"... food took forever... some food came out cold... i ordered half and half on my wings and they fd up and made all the same and tried to fix by dumping a sh$!# load of sauce on the other half ... it was defenitley amatuer hour

Every time I think it will different this place proves me wrong. Always have to wait so long to get out good even if its not busy. And the servers just walk past us not saying a thing until u actually flag them down to ask where ur food is. We have been here for a half hour now and have not even gotten the appetizer. This is definitely last time here. Done with this place

i have orderd wing from here and had dine in and everytime i think this place will change the service get worst. i orderd 20 traditional chicken wings and a basket of fries and they took an 1 1/2 to bring my order. this has happend 3 times the last time i told the manager bacuse i was tires of waiting and they omly discounted 10% of the bill. will never go here again.

The food was great, as usual but the waiter was a douchebag. I had heard they discriminated against "unattractive" people but he was a dick. Took FOREVER to get service. Took FOREVER to get my salad. I almost left it took so long to get my food in an almost empty restaurant. I wanted better than food court but I dont know if Ill go back.
