I grew up in Jersey. It took years to find an even edible pie in California. This is my new go to pizza spot. Still not anything like east coast New York style but the best I have eaten yet in California. Less is more with a pizza, dont add heavy toppings to mask a crap crust and marinara, those are the best part of the pie...... I was pleasantly surprised by this joint who was only a couple miles away. Google always brings up the corporate joints first. If you admire a New York pie, this is the place. Its a dive but its good. Trust a goomba from Jersey....

My husband and I just stumbled upon this place recently, we were looking at homes near by and decided to stop for dinner I had ordered the chicken parmesan which was wonderful with great flavor! However my husband ordered the chicken marsala definitely a disappointment we were expecting a chicken breast but instead it was a bunch of penne pasta with little strips of meat. Be careful what you order but all in all the food was good.

Was asked to hold and I did for 4 minutes. I hung up and called again and was put on hold for another 10 minutes. When I hung up again and called back the line was busy for 20 minutes. I got the feeling the phone was taken off the hook. Bad customer service or not enough staff. Whichever it is we are still hungry and still no pizza.
