I usually stop here 3-5 times a week around 5:30-5:45am...yesterday I was so happy to order a psl I usually order with the mobile app since Im usually running late for work....as I pick it up I notice it was a little light but had no time to stay and complain... once I get to work I remove the lid and sure enough it was a size of a tall! Not a happy!!! This isnt the first time this has happened when its not full but this was the lowest my cup has ever been....not cool at all! Especially when its not cheap either! Give us what we pay for!!! I stopped by after for and dropped off the cup u can clearly see where it was filled up to! So check your coffee before you leave! Oh and suggestion to the employees PLEASE READ THE MOBILE APP ORDERS THERE IS A REASON IT LETS US THE CUSTOMERS CUSTOMIZE OUR ORDERS!!! I have been there when I have specified less syrup pumps, light ice, no whip, & nonfat milk ...whatever it has been and they still get it wrong...I should have what I paid for not what you want your make! Im paying for it! Now Im just going all out because not having my full cup of grande PSL was the last straw for me... hope u guys get it together!

Id like to suggest that when you are busy and you know there are lots of people probably in a hurry....that YOU MOVE QUICKLY & with purpose! Also, just because theres a teen in front of you doesnt mean you should be rude. The nice & friendly greeting only takes you so far & my suggestion is for the management to really stress customer service from start to finish. Not the 1st time Ive heard these complaints @ this location. At $10 just this am......theres no need for me to bring my child here anymore knowing the staff may be snotty and totally slow moving...almost purposefully so.

They used to be great, but lately have gone way down hill. 2 days in a row they couldnt make drinks properly. Sweet cream ends up just cream and iced French vanilla coffee is just plain iced coffee. If they are busy, just dont bother stopping. They especially have problems in drive thru.

Service was great but they did make my drink wrong, no biggie, Ill be back anyway. (Iced green tea 1/2 sweet light ice, light water.. it was fully sweetened... and seemed to be regular on the water, again not a huge deal)
