The server was friendly and prepared our drinks promptly. They even have Wifi, which is awesome! And, theres not much of a line, and we easily found seats, among the less than dozen seats. They picked a great location - the parking is easy and its close to my house =) However, As a Milk tea aficionado, I was disappointed with the taste - its not the best milk tea ive had - far from it. My wife and I ordered the Regular tapioca milk tea and the Strawberry milk tea. The milk tea was a bit tasteless, and the strawberry milk tea tasted nothing like any strawberry milk tea Ive ever had, not in a good way. Perhaps, they use less sugar in their recipe - this would be a good thing, if they at least had a nutritional label. Without a label, you cant quantify it. Quicklys tastes better, even when ordered with half sugar. The tapioca balls were mushy and stuck together at the bottom of the drink. With their unusually flattened straws, it made it hard to suck out even the normal tapioca balls. The decoration isnt great either - the couch looks cold and unwelcoming. And like many such places, they dont even offer a bathroom. I think 3 stars is being generous. Sorry... I wanted to like this place. Keep working on the recipe - this place has potential.

MY ALL TIME FAVORITE MILK TEA SPOT! I am a regular here and every time I come the owner and the other employee (think his name is chris) are always so nice. They deliver great customer service and the milk tea is BOMB . I come here multiple times through out the week. Recently remodeled which is now sooo cute. I usually order the pot stickers as well which are so good and so addicting ! Great place ! Highly recommended

One of my go to boba places with an excellent selection of drinks and snacks and solid service. Additionally they seem to have upgraded payment systems recently and finally accept credit cards. I enjoy the taro, red bean and other smoothie varieties of boba drinks with traditional boba pearls even if they are a bit on the super sweet side.

Theyve always had great tapioca, refreshing teas and smoothies and friendly service. Now they accept CCs, theyve renovated and offer rewards - while maintaining their original charm. Happy to see their success and even more happy to have them in town!

The owner once stayed open waiting for me to get there, after I called and said I was on my way! Thats service! Super nice staff, and their drinks are amazing. Its the only boba place that I go out of my way (when Im 680) to stop at!

Normally, a great place and pretty good service. Today, they didnt write down my order and so I waited for over 25 minutes for my drink and in the middle of a work day. I should have been given my drink and money back.

Very nice people here. The drinks are excellent. Very comfortable place to hang and have a tapioca drink or smoothie. Snacks like popcorn chicken and calamari are good too, though everything is deep fried.

Place where I get my boba fix when Im in Pleasanton. The staff never seems too enthralled to be there and the store is quiet, but it does the trick when you need it.
