Brilliant place for lunch. $13 gets you unlimited food. Dont let the shabby interior and confused decor fool you. The rolls are fresh made and brought right to your table. You get a slip of paper and a sharpie to start and you can choose from a large number of rolls and other hot foods, and then hand it off to a waiter who brings it to the kitchen. Your food is then brought to you and almost all of it is delicious. The fried calamari is one of my favorites, and the fried crab meat wontons are to die for. The edamame is good as well. I havent disliked any of the rolls Ive had, except the salmon skin roll, but thats just personal preference.

Juscos is the great tiebreaker. Fuji or Davis Sushi? Fuji has better hot food like tempura and honey walnut shrimp... Davis Sushi has better sushi and rolls... Which one do you go to? Well Juscos has good fresh sushi AND good hot food AND soups AND ice cream. The only problem really is the space, big groups cant fit here. And it is shabby but this is a college town, I want food, I dont want to pay for white tablecloths.

Sushi that you can eat in mass quantities. Staff is friendly, fish is decent but certainly not fresh. I wouldnt recommend eating at a Sushi restaurant in Davis if you really want fresh fish, better to go to Kru in Sacramento. The atmosphere is dingy and covered in plastic. You can order from the table which is a plus. Dont come here unless you are hungry and want sub par fish Atmosphere 3/5 Staff 4/5 Food 3/5

Delicious. The salmon sashimi and nigiri here are awesome. The sashimi is limited but the nigiri isnt. The orange chicken is pretty good, and the California rolls are yummy. Honestly, the only problem youll have here is ordering more than you really ought to eat! The veggie tempura rolls are interesting; I think they probably would be excellent without the sauce though.

The wall is like a Windows 2000 screensaver and the entire staff is phoning it in. The wasabi is actually just green horseradish and Im 95% certain the "crunchy roll" uses sour cream & onion potato chips in it. That said, its cheap all you can eat and most of the rolls are definitely edible. Well, except for one that "tastes like a burnt swimming pool." Four stars.

Sushi buffet with an a la cart option, what more could you ask for? Portions are a little small compared to, say, Mikuni, but theyre also at least 1/3 of the price for essentially the same quality. Definitely better than I expected for what I paid. I recommend giving it a shot if youre a Davis resident looking to for affordable sushi thats not smothered in sauce.

I love it here I come once a moth from sac if the bills let me. I like to come in the morning cheaper price and less people. never had a bad experience the food is always hot and made to order. the thing that sucks us the bathrooms is next door at the bar and small space so if I want to bring more then 6 friends Im not sure were they will sit us.

Raised in a family where oriental food was the norm, I learned to appreciate sushi. This is the best deal on freshly made food. The food is served in a modified family style. The biggest draw back in limited space, so get there early. If you like a bargain, quality sushi plus, and the ability to eat til you are full, Jusco is a very good choice.

自助餐大概税前17一位吧,但是刺身只能点一次,天妇罗只能吃蔬菜的,饮料还要另外算钱,环境也没特别好,感觉还不如对面fuji boat吃得好

Favorite sushi buffet in Davis. The place seems a bit shabby on the outside and the inside is a bit too minty but the food here is amazing. I love all their sushi rolls (theyre california rolls are awesome and their vegetarian sweet potato ones is a great option) and they have a really good non-sushi items as well.

My favorite sushi place! Juscos is family owned and run, because of this they take extra great pride in their food and service. Rolls are made to order so you know they have not been sitting around as in other buffets. Hot food served as well all-you-can-eat style for those not too sushi experienced. Enjoy!

Very crowded. Large wait time. Make sure to get a reservation because you will wait 30+ minutes otherwise. They do not have their own bathroom and you have to use the bars next door. Pricing was pretty high, but it is all you can eat.

The nigiri and sashimi are bad quality, old, and lacking in flavor. The rolls are much better. The service is okay. The price is expensive, but its all you can eat. Great for friends and for gorging yourself. Terrible for a date.

We have been coming to Jusco for 16 years now, absolutely love this place, out of all our time here, I was told NO once for my green tea, turned out to be a language barrier, we will always be returning here.

I been going here for years now, I would have to say this is the best sushi all you can eat buffet. Its better than most pay by the roll sushi places. If you want good sushi I would highly recomend this place.

This is the worst sushi I have ever eaten! I dont know how there are so many good reviews about this place. All of the rolls taste the same. The shrimp was very crunchy and it wasnt even breaded. Yuck!

I have been here about 10 times this past year and I have never had a bad experience. The callimari is amazing and the rolls are made when you order. I love eating lunch here.

This restaurant is amazing. A wide selection of hot food, nigiri, sashimi, and rolls made to order make this the best buffet deal in town. I have never left disappointed.

Good sushi for a good price. The ordering is nice and easy, simply marking what you want. One of the things that I love about this place is the fried calamari.

Well, Zen Toro is closed for the spring break so I thought I could try another Japanese Restaurant. Very disappointed. Low quality food. Heavy sauce.

I used to love this place but the quality is getting worse (the sashimi was horrible), the service is slow, but the calamari is still really good.
