I like this place. The customization options are excellent. The food is pretty spot on - its not the best sandwiches but certainly considerably better than average. Having said that, the prices are fairly steep compared to other options, and the customer service is just odd at times. Example - Im waiting for my sandwich. Employee is trying to shove foil-wrapped sandwich into a paper bag. The bag gets slightly torn. I said, "Wow, thats really fighting you, huh?" just to kind of add some levity, because he looks embarrassed about it. He replies, "Yeah!" with a grateful tone, before handing me the foil wrapped sandwich and the bag separately. Which I then proceeded to bag. Myself. It was odd. I guess he assumed I was saying, "Here, let me do your job for you!". It was a strange response.

10 bucks for a sandwich that honestly was just alright. I know youre suppose to pay for the convince of it all but subway tastes the same and you get more bang for your buck there. Staff werent all that great and was treated kinda poorly like I was just a nuisance to them. I gave this place an honest try by going twice . Saw different people each time and had the same bad experience. Hopefully something better takes this location.

The food is amazing. The biggest drawbacks is that there isnt enough seating and its normally a madhouse. The staff does their best, Im sure, but its a nightmare to figure out where the line begins, no matter getting to the bags for you to fill your order.
