No good any more! I was a long time cuatomer for years. I even recommended it to people out of L.A. county. Not good anymore! Maybe new owners. It was like a sauna in there and I asked for a cup of water because I felt faint. They refused to give it to me. They said I had to buy water. They didnt give water even from.the faucet. I asked for a refund since I could not stand the heat and they didnt want to give me my money back. Meanwhile beads of cold sweat were filling my temples. It was not until I called the Temple City Sheriffs department did they give me my money back. Ugh they wanted to argue with me yuck! Who wants to go to a place they dont give a darn about their clients? Who knows now the cleanliness of their kitchen and prepared food. I saw woman in a back room hand rolling bums with no gloves and dangly jewlery on their wrist. Sad to say this place if off my reccomendations list.

Inexpensive and very good sandwiches. Parking lot tends to be crowded and outdoor seating filled will middle aged men smoking. The tables are also not very nice or clean feeling. Take your delicious banh mi sandwich to go. Skip the tea. Its pretty terrible, and not particularly cheap. 4 star mostly for the banh mi. BBQ is my favorite and best around.

Nothing about this place makes me want to return. The food was very mediocre. Service - Ive definitely had better. And parking - really bad. Wont be returning. Plenty of other restaurants when Im in the area.

Exellent Vietnamese/French sanwiches. Cant ask for a better deal. Roomy and have a large sitdown area to eat on site.
