Worst restaurant ever and the most dishonest people ever.... I ordered food with them through eat24. it said about 45-60 minutes delivery time. I called about an hour after I made the order. No one answered and had to leave a voice mail for someone to call me back. Waited another 20 -30 minutes and ended up leaving another voice mail that I would like to cancel my order. also left message with eat24 that I wanted to cancel my order. Ended up getting food on our own. They came 2 hours after I initially made the order. A young male came to the door and I told him that it had been 2 hours since I made the order and I had already requested to cancel the order and to take the order back. Received message from eat24 that the restaurant is claiming that the food was delivered. I called them back and told them that I had rejected the food and that we did not accept delivery. They are standing behind a restaurant that took over 2 hours to attempt to deliver the food and is now making me dispute it with my credit company. Its bad enough that I did not get the food I was promised in a timely manner and had to go out in the rain to go get food an hour and a half later but its unacceptable that they are not even trying to get paid on something that they did not even deliver. They should be ashamed of themselves....

The Burger Spot really hits the spot! Ive already been here twice and had a chance to try two burgers (Swiss/Mushroom and The Spot Burger). The burger patty is cooked just right and is filled with juicy flavors. The breaded chicken tenders are also equally amazing...the outside crust is filled with a rich blend of spices and the freshly tender chicken meat lives up to the name! The chicken wings they offer are cooked in mouth watering sauces...my favorite being the Louisiana Red Hot Sauce. The sauces really elevate the wings to to another level. To top it all off, the customer service there is super polite and quickly turned around our order so that we were eating in no time. Highly recommend for any fast food lovers in the area.

I brought my wife and two kids there tonight, and it ended up in horrible experience to me and my family. We ordered three burgers, a basket of Tater Tots and drink, which costs $28,78 including 8% tax. I used Groupon $16 value then I paid the difference. I wondered why they didnt give me a receipt so when our food came out I asked for it, and I realized that they charged me tax again on the difference amount. So, I just tried to let them know of my finding, and then the cashier interrupted me and started to speak harshly to me, just in front of my family "I dont like customers with coupon", "you got your free meal", "It is how we charge tax",....etc.. Food not worthwhile, Price not reasonable and what else I can say?

I recently moved from Fountain Valley to Cypress Ca. About 2-blocks down the street on Ball Road I saw The Burger Spot diner. Like everybody else I love a good Burger. So I went there and ordered theyre Double Cheese Burger Combo. This Burger was amazing. Tasty ,savory, and Juicy. What a real burger should be. Later on that week I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. I was totally blown away. Im from the East Coast, Pittsburgh to be exact. And I know Cheese Steak Sandwiches. If you get a chance. Try the Burger Spot. Your taste buds will thank you.

The absolute worse place for food. We tried to order on a Sat. They said we couldnt. Their groupon machine was down and couldnt punch it in. We tried again on Sunday and they said order $15 in food. So I did. We get their and bring the groupon code and then said we need a printed one out. Wtf? They said they just needed the code to punch it in. They have drop outs that cant add or subtract either. Will never waist my time their again. I am going to let my groupon expire and. Not use it. Money wasted but no headache.

Today was my first time eating there, the food was good and they give you plenty of it. The food they prepare is Halal, so you wont need to worry about what you order, all in all a good experience, the store was clean and the server polite, I would however like to see more decoration in the store, but the food is more than enough to distract you from the otherwise sparse décor. Well worth a try if youre in the area.

The service wasnt too great and they didnt get the order correct either. Overall the food was ok. They were out of the Philly steak when we were there, so I ordered the chicken instead. Edit: Ive been here a few times now and the service is good. I usually call in my order so I dont have to wait long. My only complaint is that I think everything on the menu is a bit salty. Other than that, I love it!

Very clean, friendly service, the menu has a few different choices the prices are moderate, the food is fresh made to order and very tasty! We were pleasantly pleased with everything we ordered enjoying every bite! Chef Justin Pennington makes magic in the kitchen my taste buds and my stomach are doing happy dances! We will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu!

Got a good variety of burgers to choose from. 3-4 different sandwiches offered in 8 and 12 sizes. Reasonable prices. Tried 2 burgers, both were really good. Amazing chicken nuggets, and would love to try the wings next time. Friendly staff as well. Satisfied customer. Would definitely come again when I visit LA again.

I love it goes service and very friendly but the burger hits the spot you could taste real flavor in it the manager name is moe great guy when moe is very respectful and awesome and his wife to very funny and respectful man I just love it I live down the street I could walk there my cousin rides his bike there

Really good burger!! Place was kind of plain but not in a bad way. Limited decor. But when you go to eat, all you really care about is the food. Food was great. Arrived hot and fresh. Everything tasted wonderful with plenty of seasoning and generous portions. I will definitely be coming here again soon!

I ate here on my break from school and was really satisfied. I was able to make my order over the phone and they had it ready to go. The customer service was great and employees were so helpful. The food was to die for. Strongly recommended for families.

Friendly staff however the food is so expensive for the portions. I tried their regular burger and itd good - but not for the price. You can get better at the Habit. I didnt try their special tho.

Good burgers (tried the mushroom Swiss and Spot burger) but a little on the pricey side. Also they messed up our order more than a couple times. Not worth it in my opinion.

Magical, tasty, and very delicious burger!!!!!. I recommend this to everybody. I dont know why it isnt well know. I loved it!!! I had their Spot Burger and it is fantastic!
