I dont understand the hype. Never really understood the hype of deep fried chicken sammies, but I get ahead of myself. The food was so fried it literally tore up the roof of my mouth. I mean come on Im a chubby gal, I love fried foods as much as the next person, however when the ratio from batter to chicken is 4 to 1 I start to question my life choices. The food took forever to get out to us, and was cold by the time we got it. I know people are stoked about this place, but come on man, its fast food. You know, quickly eaten and quickly regretted, yet we might as well of had a waiter. But I digress. Their waffle fries are pretty good so an extra star to that.

Honestly, I wanted to give this place a shot but I just dont get the hype surrounding it. I went there and got a spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a chocolate shake. The fries were cold after a minute, the sandwich was pretty dry, and the milkshake was probably the only saving me from having not enjoyed my meal. Just wasnt impressed with the food and less impressed with how much I paid for it in comparison to other fast food offerings in the area. This place has its fans and Im not going to tell them theyre wrong, it just isnt for me.

This chick filet is different and unique from the others. They include extras. It has a fun play gym for the kids. It has a self serve soda fountain besides serving your drinks at the counter. They have weekly kids activities. I just attended the free super hero themed event. It had costumed spiderman, real fire fighters with the fire truck and a professional balloon guy making free balloons. Other great things are they are very friendly, will offer to do refills and offer to clean up your trash.

On 12/31/16 I found 20 seeds in my frozen lemonade (have a photo if anyone cares). I tried to call the location (during business hours) to see if there was a problem with the machine, and got a message saying "There is no one available to answer your call. Good bye." Click. I called corporate and hung up after 10 minutes on hold. I love the food but ...

These young men are beyond nice and ever so polite. As I was placing my order, my server misunderstood me and the result was a medium instead of a large Fry and Soda. I told him I would just pay the difference and they wouldnt hear of it, they just gave me the upsize. Totally unnecessary but appreciated nonetheless. Thanks Chick-fil-A.

Love our Chick-fil-A and this one is a good one. Very nice building and the staff is always smiling and ready to assist. Staff was in the parking lot with what appeared to be iPads taking orders in the drive through to get you through the line quickly. Of course, the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries and lemonade is always amazing.

I love chick fil a but the service was horrible wait time to get my order was ridiculous. I waited 10 mins at the cash register to order, but had to return back to the line to have someone acknowledge me. Maybe a little more appreciation of the customers is needed and a better manager.

I love Chick fil A! Delicious food and usually friendly service. This location in particular, falls a little short of the amazingly friendly service chick fil a is known for. Nothing major, but it definitely can use some more enthusiastic employees.

I dont think I know anyone who does not like Chick-fil-A. Never had a bad experience at this location, and the drive thru workers are super friendly AND hilarious. Will definitely come back again and again ;-)

It was terribly slow. Took a while to get someone to take an order. Plenty of staff but no one was taking any orders. Over prócer chicken place was clean but service needs a lot of work.

Always has friendly happy staff working. During Christmas they run events that have Santa, snow and balloon artist etc. Very clean as well. Does have a childrens play area.
