Final Score "F" ! Very disappointed! I purchased a nice bottle of wine to be delivered to a friend in Alabama as a thank you gift. The Wine Gallery was happy to sell me the wine plus the shipping to Alabama, even though Alabamas laws prohibit alcohol delivery into the state. Wine Gallery never informed me of this! Are they even aware of this law? If you are in the business of selling and shipping wine, you should know the rules and laws of alcohol delivery! DAH! My friend never received the wine and after repeatedly calling The Wine Gallery to figure out what happened to my wine, they told me they would get back to me and are now ignoring my calls! I would have never wasted my money on a bottle of wine to be shipped to no where! Who knows...maybe they kept it and drank it themselves! They obviously dont know their own business and customer service gets a BIG FAT F!

This place is knowledgeable, fun, relaxing. I enjoyed the wine very much, there was a wine tasting when I went. The winemaker herself was there, and 6 wines were served. That would make it worth a visit on its own. But they have a kitchen that made some excellent dishes to accompany the wine. I had a flat-bread and a fruit-cheese plate. People seem to know one another and the owners pretty well. Ill definitely go back.

Excellent wine selection. Had two great glasses of CA Collette and cheese. Cant beat that cheese plate. Super warm environment. Going back with friends on Tuesday. A must visit for any wine person in the city.

Some good wine. I liked the tour. they showed up the bottle ling and packaging process. Good Ambiance and the staff is really friendly. I will go back for more wine. The also have tequila and other spirits.
