the food has changed since Landrys has taken over. ordered the tri-tip steak and it was overcooked. the wife had country fried steak and it was just okay. the kids meal came with fries and that was cold. I miss the large portions that the old claim jumpers used to serve. This is the second time I have been there since Landrys operation. I definitely will not be going back to claim jumpers.

I came to this restaurant and I can say that I got good experience food was great cooked to perfection but waitress was ok she forgot to bring a spoon for my coffee and she didnt cane in a while so I had to use a knife to stir my coffee before it got cold but everything else was good I recommend this place.

This was the the first time eating at this claim jumper. Ive eaten at other claim jumpers before but this one wasnt very good service was good but not the food. I ordered my speak medium rare they brought it to burnt on one side steak wasnt even seasoned good even the baked potato didnt have enough butter.

If it was possible I would give a zero star rating. With reservation for 12:15 for brunch it is now over an hour waiting to be seated. I understand that holidays are busy but attitude from the hostess isnt acceptable in my opinion. I cant say there is one example thing positive about this experience.

Very Bad Management, the Manager is very rude. I tried to buy gift cards during the hoilday season and he refused to sell to me after I paid and people were still eating at the restaruant. The server was Excellent, but the manager is making Claim Jumpers look bad. Please keep looking.

Love that the salad bar is back! Super good, fresh, just enough options but not too many! The menu revamp threw me a bit but I found out from a server that many of the things that are no longer on it can still be ordered....GARLIC CHEESE TOAST!!!!!! Quality food, great service.

Absolutely love this particular claim jumper the food is always good and the servers are always polite. This place is right off the freeway at McKinley of the 91 west. Lots of shopping around also.some days it can be crowded but you can make reservations.

Great place to got for lunch or dinner. Be warned, everything here is over-sized. The ice cream sandwich is about the size of a personal pizza. The salad bar and garlic cheese toast are my favorite things here, besides the BBQ baby back ribs!

Their beef ribs are what i go for. Yummm. I have never ordered food that was not good here. I would give them a five star if our wait wasnt so long. (45 min) Our waitress was very attentive and had excellent customer service with a smile.

Good food .. The portions are a lot smaller... Since the buy sell it isnt the same as it used to be.... A lot places try to maintain what made them buy able or desirable to buy. Then change what made them a staple.

Just started enjoying their salad bar because its back again. I love how fresh everything is! They replace the containers regularly and make sure there are vegan options for those of us not eating meat. Delicious!

Food took to long and food didnt tasted the same as last time shrimp was over cook chicken was dry. waiter was really nice kept apologizing for the late food. The food took about 40 mins.

Sit in the bar area, order a cocktail for $5 bucks, an amazing salad for $3 and the appetizer sampler for $9.99 and you will be one happy person. The mojito is amazing!

I always get seated immediately. It offers a "home" atmosphere. Servers here are friendly and answer all questions. The bar is also very quick on drink orders.
