Just started working here, and loving it. Ive been working in food service for a little over two years now, and Ive never been treated with so much respect. The workers and manager have been so personable and kind hearted, wanting to make sure Im really understanding the Starbucks way of doing things. Being one the busiest Starbucks in the district, they have really gone out of their way to make sure Im comfortable in such a fast pace environment. They truely care about their workers, just as much as their customers: remaking drinks with out question, doing their best to make things right for the customer, always.

I have been a customer for awhile now. I like the caramel frappachino because it has a hint if coffee flavor not too strong....usually. This last week or so Ive been given a drink with a very strong coffee taste, so strong I cant taste anything else. If I wanted strong coffee I would order such or go to Dutch Bros. Not sure if all Starbucks have changed the drink or if its someone new making them but I think I will pass for awhile. Thats my only complaint. The customer service is good and quick.

Im a Seattle Native & a Starbucks regular. Unfortunately, since moving to this area, this Starbucks is the most convenient for my weekend schedule. I think I can count on one hand the amount of times theyve gotten my drink RIGHT. Its like they dont read the label & make drinks however they want. Seriously inconsistent, a big Starbucks no no. People are friendly, which is why I gave them a second star. Do yourself a favor & keep driving to find another location.

Customer service was lousy it took over 20 minutes to order & get my coffee, which was incorrectly written by the young lady at the cash register. Then the barista made the drink the latte with lots of foam when it was clearly marked no foam and she had the nerve to ask if I wanted more milk when she took off the foam. I would not recommend this store as we havent had good service or coffee on a regular basis. I regret going there every time. 9/7/16.

Starbucks is always consistent in the products they serve but this location is consistently SLOW! I have been stuck in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me for 26 minutes before - with no apology. Theyve increased their staff but that seems to have no effect on their ability to serve drive through customers quickly. Service inside is quicker so if youre in a hurry, park and walk in.

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks location because the staff has excellent customer services skills. They go that extra step to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order, that it arrives promptly and is exactly what you wanted. Despite the rush times and how busy they may be, they still take time to ask how you are doing and your day is to cheer you up.

The establishment was very clean and presentable. Welcoming. Ive come to expect a very friendly staff working efficiently every time I frequent this particular Starbucks. Reasonably priced and close to my home and places of leisure. The music is pleasant and at a reasonable Volume for food and drink service business. Great place to meet a friend.

This is by far the best Starbucks around. The people that work there are very friendly & the service is always great! I literally will go out of my way & drive to this location if I have the extra time because the service at the locations closer to me are terrible. So kudos to the Starbucks team at Birdcage Center keep up the good work!

Worst service ever. I was not greeted, nor asked if I needed anything else. I ordered 2 venti pikes and a caramel macchiato. By the time I made to my destination I grabbed my drink and notice it literally half way served. I have worked in customer service for he past 4 years and that was definitely not even close to an okay service.

Went through the drive thru to get some help starting my day. The line was surprisingly short and the service was quicker than anticipated. Usually (and the two times Ive passed by afterward) the line is about four to five cars deep. Coffee was hot and flavorful. Always appreciate the smiles from the staff.

The drive through, while convenient, can be slower than just parking and going inside. The place has a great staff and is well maintained, so its worth going to if youre in a pinch for some lattes. Its not as crowded as other Starbucks in the area, which is great if you need to get some reading done

Always plenty of seating and the employees are friendly & helpful. That being said, they really need to get a few drinks that dont involve coffee or tea for those who dont like coffee or tea, maybe like fruit smoothies. Also restroom could use some attention.

The advantage of Starbucks is consistency. You get what you order and its pretty much the same wherever you are. Also nice is that many Starbucks are drive-through which is handy on my way to work or when the kids are in the car-seats.

This store has a great location. The drinks are always as expected and the staff are always kind. The only reason for 4 stars is the drive through is typically a 10+ minute wait. It is typically faster to walk in.

I recent went into this Starbucks to get a Bullet Proof Coffee aka Keto coffee. The staff wasnt familiar with making it. But they were receptive! I walked out with what I needed. Ill be back.
