Best Sports bar in the area. Friendly bartenders & owners. Good bar food, nice selection of beer on top (try the Sunset Wheat) It may look like a hole in the wall from outside, but walk in & youll be suprised. Small but comfy, very clean littl joint. The atmosphere is always friendly & upbeat. Come with a few people get a team & play some drunken trivia Thursday evenings. They usually give out prizes like free drinks or appetizers. Thursday nights is just as cracking as friday or staurday nights. Tons of people, 20-30 something crowd, not usually any problems the crowd is always cool. Internet jukebox keeps the tunes going all night. I had my birthday on a wednesday night with a bunch of friends and had a blast. The owner came by with a round of shots and hung out with us for a minute.. not the kind staff you would get a TGIFs.

Yeah friendly staff, but if you are not regular expect the worst service possible! I work in the industry and this is BAD! Finished beer and took 16 minutes even after multiple eye contacts. Then out of beer so I said give me a second to decide on something else, same thing 9 minutes later I got response. I understand busy and I understand lazy! There are 8 other people only three groups! Service is worst I haves ever had in the world! Best know someone!!! :(

This place is a hidden gem. Its easy to miss this place. The sign isnt lite up so it would seem close but they are open during normal bar hours. What I really like about this place is the huge beer selection on tap. The prices are not bad for their beers or their food. It does get a little crowded for games, since they project it on the wall and even have stadium seats (a nice touch). Recommend if you are looking for a drink in the Cerritos area.

Such a fun fun place!This is definitely a gem. Its a tiny little bar with lots of character! Even though it opens at 4pm, the music doesnt start until 6pm.Once the music gets going everyone becomes best friends. Worth the stop! And if you get there early, you can go next door for some big gay ice team!

Excellent and large beer selection, delicious food, seating is comfortable and the energy of the place is always high. If youre into sports, this a great place to be since there are tvs and games on every surface. If youre ever bored in Cerritos, this is one of the best night life places in the area.

Best caring staff in town, awesome service. Its like one big family at times. The famous Frederick Von Voigt is a bartender/manager there and he is quick to tend to your needs and doesnt pretend your invisible. Get seen, get service, be welcomed, go to Shipmates!

Decent amount of seating. Straight forward venue and well-made cocktails. Whiskey in church is beautiful and smoky and delicious and generously poured. I had one or three then went across the street to Monks Kettle for a burger and beer. Great night.

Good dive bar with a good selection of beers on tap. Happy hour on the weekend makes this a good place to chill. Catch all your favorite teams with decent food. Not my choice outside of Happy Hour as their prices are on the higher side.
