My wife and I had a great experience at Sotola Bar & Grill. The server, Tessa was informative and excited about the food. Her recommendations were spot on. Cocktsils were well-made and we started with the Frito Misto- fried calamari, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. We had the NY Steak with haystack onions, mushroom wine sauce, and gratin and the grilled pork chop with apple sauce and marble potatoes with a wonderful bottle of Soquel Pinot Noir. Dessert was amazing too. A flourless chocolate torte with berry soup and a berry pie. The food, ambiance and service were impeccable. Well definitely be back.

Amazing food and a great selection of specialty cocktails. The whole place is pretty small so I suggest making a reservation. The only bad thing about Sotola is that it is a total dead zone for your phone. Zero reception and no in house Wi-Fi.

Got the halibut over squid ink pasta. Everything was cooked really well but lacked seasoning. Had to put lemon, salt and a sauce from our appetizer in it. But the view was amazing and so was the martini (mmm blue cheese olives).

Beautiful view from the patio. They have two patios, one with a dining room and one with bar seating. The food is also tasty.
