Sat. 10/8/2016 by 1:30 pm Waited in line for about 15 minutes to order then the cashier was annoyed to find out that our party of 3 was going to eat inside (tables were available at the time). Paid and waited another 10 to 15 minutes in the table to find out they were out of green mix salad (my order). Ordered a replacement and after another 15 minutes, I found out my order was on the counter wrapped out to go. I am not coming back to this place: is a waste of time, the people are rude, the food is not that great either!

Stopped in before a wine tasting to grab a quick lunch and really enjoyed the sandwiches we had. I had a grilled veggie and it was fine, but nothing to write home about. What struck me about this place was that they offered every type of food imaginable - I felt like most of it was just reheated instead of fresh or special. The service was also a bit lacking, although it is just counter service only.

So if you say youre open until 6pm, maybe stay open until 6pm. We got there right after 5:30pm and they wouldnt serve us or anyone else anymore, even though the front door was still open and the "OPEN" sign was still up. Had we known you actually stop seving (aka CLOSE) at 5:30pm, we would have stayed down in Rutherford and chosen to eat there.

My wife and I loved it. The Fishy Slaw Sandwich was great, it was full of flavor and had perfect consistency. My wife had the Tri Tip Melt which was outstanding as well. The prices were just a bit on the higher side, but given the area - well within our expectations. Were very much looking forward to our return trip.

Service was good, got our sandwiches in about 10 minutes and he packed the individually and brought them to us. The sandwich was meh. I got the Italian and it had a layer of olives which i usually like but there was way too much and made it super salty. Maybe could have added more other veggies to balance the flavors.

A group of 14 of us ate here this weekend. Everyone loved their food. Service was very quick. I had the roast beef sandwhich- if you like garlic youll love it. This was the best deli sandwhich I have ever had. Coffee was just ok. Come here for a quick, affordable, great meal.

Everything about this Deli is amazing from the sandwhiches, soups and salads. Can be a little pricey but this the quality is high. Clean environment and welcoming friendly staff. If in Calistoga it is in the Train row. Love love love Palisades Deli!

Like nothing else. Check the menu online. Absolutely perfection on flavors for sandwiches. other deli item a bit pricey but high quality. Plus I saw Victoria Beckham AKA Posh Spice Rush thru there, right in front of me with all 4 kids.

We ordered some sandwiches here, as well as chicken pot pie and chicken empanada. Everything tasted pretty good, and the service was efficient. Great place for lunch, sitting either indoors or outside watching the (small) world go by.

Really like this place for fairly quick lunch. Just onion and chives in almost EVERY THING. In old rail road depot building. Good selection of hot/ cold sandwiches, burgers ehh, salads and much more. Line out the door at lunch.
