Service was absolutely horrible. It was not even a weekend. I remembered Surah as one of a kind for neat, tasty, and well decorated Korean restaurant in Fullerton, but yesterday, it was total disaster. On a week day, I brought an important guest, wanted to treat him well, so instead of Lunch Specials, I ordered marinated kalbi worth of $35, but apparently, there was only few servers working even though the restaurant was full. Wrong Order came in, with Bibimbob that we didnt order with a Lunch special combo size kalbi (portion was not even close to $35 worth), we didnt notice because wed ordered marinated kalbi, we just returned bibimbob. If there was something wrong with our order, the server should notice and bring the right dish, but they were so busy working on other customers because like I wrote, only few servers working for the size of its restaurant. We had to wait for 20 minutes in the table for the waiter to pick up our check, and I had to go myself to the cashier to process my order. Waiter never showed up on our table. They simply dont have a capability to run the restaurant with their size, when customers rushed in. Wrong orders fly out, and customers get disappointed. I wont be eating at Surah anymore.

Taste was good. The meat was very tender. The serving size per order was adequate. Had to order two servings to cook at own table. The side dishes were very tasty, kimchee tasted very fresh with county style seafood flavor. Large variety of side dishes. The decor was great. The tables were apart enough for some privacy but a bit loud. The service was quick but they always brought only a portion of what we requested: more salad and radish kimchee, but they brought unspicy radish..what the...then I asked again. Only spicy radish kimchee came. Asked a third time for more salad. Finally arrived.

Good meat, good banchan, reasonably attentive service. The decor is a slight cut above the normal Korean BBQ place. Good family friendly Korean BBQ place - it isnt inordinately noisy like some (no blaring K-Pop), and it the wait isnt crazy like some others. Basically it is just right. It is definitely a bit on the pricier side, particularly when compared to crappier AYCE places, but sometimes you want to spend a little extra to get better food. Anyway it isnt crazy expensive, just a bit more than some of the competition, for better quality. Im rambling. Go here, it is good.

I like the ALL YOU CAN EAT here. The current price is $33.99 per person. The lunch and dinner are same price and same choice of meat. They need to update their outdated price on their website($31.99). I know the price tag is higher than other AYCE Korean BBQ nearby. But you cant compare the quality of meat and the side dishes. If you are age of 10-30, then go to cheaper place. But if you are over 30 and you really care about your health and the quality of food, then come to Surah.

This place is nice for a family to enjoy fine Korean dining. They have sushi bar, Korean BBQ, as well as traditional Korean dishes that are served in good quality. This is my go-to restaurant for my big family, because everyone can choose what they want. Only down side would be slightly high price, but I feel like they charge what they deserve to charge. Highly recommended.

We had five portions of Korean Kalbi barbecue and other ala carte menus on Saturday, 31 of January. We came home with severe headache and backache as result of MSG overdose. I would not recommend this place until they take corrective action in the kitchen. Sorry for you.

The venue is really good. There is a VIP room where you can order bottle of drinks. If you dont finish it you can leave it there with your name on it, and on the next time you go, you can start where you left off.

Your credit card will not be working in here and you will be blamed. No respect. Price is the top in this area. I ordered Korean cold noodle and the noodle was rarely cooked. Quality? Not recommandable anyone.
