I am usually so happy to be going to Straw Hat for their lunch deal. My fiance and I enjoy having their salad bar paired with a hot hat, or a personal pizza. Ive talked to a manager before, at least Im pretty sure he was. He was just talking to me about the salad bar and how he likes his staff to be on top of making sure the food is nice and prepped. Usually it is nicely prepped, however this last Sunday, it seemed that the staff were absent minded about the salad bar. They were being pretty immature in the back room. Playing around with each other, and laughing so loud that you can hear them out in the lobby area. They were just gossiping in the back together, and not watching the front area when the salad ended up going down practically all the way. The food looked like it was old, and had been sitting out for a long while. I enjoy a good laugh here and there, however its nice to see a place thats professional and keeps itself in tip top shape. This is the first time that I didnt enjoy my experience at Straw Hat. I will still be a good paying customer, and I will still bring business because you guys have great food, however I really wish the staff were a bit more friendly, and professional. Their food is great. Their hot hats taste amazing. I definitely prefer the ham and cheese.

We hosted my grandsons Birthday party at Straw Hat. The whole experience earns a 5 star rating. The manager was so accommodating, the staff was patient and helpful, tge food was really good from salad bar to pizza. The restaurant was clean and spacious and we had a separate area just for our party. Great experience overall !!!!

Weve had some rotten luck at this Straw Hat but I heard that the rude older guy is gone and his partner took over. What a a difference! The store is actually so clean, no more dirty tables and the salad bar looks beautifiul. This new guy actually sweeps the floor. Ill definately go back again!

I had the Beets & Greens. Really good size and delicious with the seasonal fruit (summer fruit peaches, blackberries and blueberries). Fresh and good quality ingredients. Crowded inside during lunch time but my friend and I sat at the communal table, which was totally fine.

Not as good as the Pittsburg location, they often get out delivery orders wrong or forget things and the crust seems undercooked. Not to mention their not hats do not use the same ingredients as other locations and are no where near as good

The staff was very rude when I ordered my food. I do not need teenagers acting like jerks when I am at the business that they work for. I will go to one of the other pizza places in town.

Bullshit customer service. Wouldnt take my delivery order because i was 2 mins past there cut off time of 830 pm even though they close 9pm. and i live 2 miles away
