As others have said this is the Indian Chipotle but the variety is stunning and the wraps will feed two. They use local meats (Niman ranch) and organic veggies. The standout protein is the kebab, which they sometimes do not have--call ahead because its totally worth gaming a visit for. They make the naan in a tandoor and the huge beast is used to fill the innards of your wrap. Their potato base is rather lackluster but where UT really shines is their chutneys--add as many as you like, but dont miss the trifecta of coconut, spicy cilantro-mint, and sweet tamarind. They offer roti wraps and rice bowls (with a choice of brown rice) for those feeling less gluttonous. A bowl or wrap will run you $7-8. The lines at lunch can be long but moves quickly unless they have to make naan.

Think of it as an Indian Chipotle. Same system where you order a wrap or a rice bowl. The basmati rice seemed a bit overcooked and they forgot to add the peas. You can choose between chicken, a beef kabob, and pork meats with lettuce, tomatoes, and chili peppers. There were different sauces available and I got a mild coconut mix and tried the sweet tamarin (dont quote me) sauce. Like I said, really similar to Chipotle, but Indian style. There were even $1 samosas - like chips on the side you know? Pretty good, but remember, its fast food-like. You can get chai tea for $2.50 and mango lassi as well. For the time and price, I give it 3.5.

Chipotle-style Indian food. You pick whether you want a wrap or a bowl, then you pick your meat, carbs, and then vegetables. The amount of food they give you is extremely generous - sometimes they struggle to close the wrap because they put too much food inside. I think the chicken here tastes really good - and the chutneys are all really good as well. The price of a wrap ends up being $8 flat, and for the amount of food youre getting and the fast service, I think its really worth it.

I came here a while ago had inedible food: the bread was just a raw mess. I left a bad Yelp review and the owner said it was just a new guy but when I was there he looked at the bread, showed it to the other guy working there, and they both just laughed at it. By the time I walked 2 minutes back to my office the wrap had completely fallen apart. After taking a bite I actually walked back down and gave the food back to them, it was that bad. Im not going back.

This place is awesome. They hook it up larger than Chipotle and the food tastes great. The slow pork is my go to, but Ive also had the vegetarian and vegan options. They all taste great. Pro tip: keep the foil on if you get a wrap and just tear it off in increments. You will need the extra structural support so the wrap doesnt bust.

Echoing others, this is Indian food Chipotle style. There are a variety of fillings and/or toppings you can put on your wrap/bowl, from butter chicken to all veggies; but, my go-to would be butter chicken nan wrap with coconut chutney and spicy sauce. For under $10 you can have a filling meal and maybe some leftovers. Great value!

My daughter and I stopped by before a concert at the Greek Theatre. Our naan wrap was delicious! We chose Pork Vindaloo and a traditional Indian combination with cheese and veggies. Delicious! My chai was yummy and her fruit lassi, just right. If there is a line for food prep do not shy away, its worth the wait.

I like the food here, but my kids hate it. They think it is too spicy. The wraps are filling and Ive tried all the varieties and I like everything they serve. Just dont take your children unless they have and adventuresome palate.

Sounds weird, but its actually quite good. Tends to be pretty messy because at the end of the day thats a naan, not a tortilla. Butter chicken is good if you dont know what to get.
