...One of the rudest customers Ive ever had the privilege to meet. His initial complaint was about his chicken teriyaki which we had sold to MANY customers including his lunch companion that day without any complaints. Attempting a compromise, we removed the entree from his bill. He became extremely belligerent when he got his bill and saw that we did not COMP his entire meal and instead began insulting our sushi portions and prices. I cannot assert that we have the biggest around but, up until that day, "NO ONE HAS EVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THE PORTIONS WE SERVE!" We offer a lunch special that includes a california roll along with 5 pieces of sushi AND another roll that he failed to order. 17 pieces of sushi along with soup & salad for $10.95, but he fails to mention that. He never even said anything until after the meal was completed. He tried to intimidate me with scary death stares during the entire argument and cursed at me with kids around too ("get the f out of my face", funny bc I was standing while he was still sitting) for answering his repeated questions about whether or not I thought he was an expert in Japanese food. He stormed out with promises to never visit the restaurant again and persuade his many friends to never eat at our restaurant. I truly apologize on behalf of Osaka and completely understand that we will encounter some customers who simply cannot be pleased unless a free meal is part of the solution.

Sadly Yaya has closed shop. She went home, I believe to be with family. I wish her the best and safe travels, and I hope she returns and opens another shop. I miss you ----- I love this place. The food is great, so great. The sushi is the best. Plus the staff is very pleasant to talk with. They really do care about their customers. They will take the time to remember you is you come frequently.

Great rolls at competitive prices and this place is never crowded...though it should be! The location in west LR is handy for me since I live out here, but might be quite a drive for others in the city, but once you get an "Oh my God roll" or their "Volcano roll" in your mouth, youll probably agree that Osaka is better than many other more well-known sushi restaurants in Little Rock.

If you want real sushi done and done right, this is your place. Sone and Ya Ya and their team are the driving forces behind this great place. Feeling adventurous? Have Sone (sushi chef) fix you up something special. The Mongolian grill is also great but my favorite is the sushi. Tell them Bob sent you.

This place was horrible, the rice tasted three days old or more. Not sure why I stopped here to eat but on a Sunday afternoon around 1:00 not having any cars in the parking lot should be a good clue. Anyone wanting Japanese food do your self a favor and dont go to OSUCKAS.

Took my mother out for something she has never ate, she was extremely impressed. The food was awesome (coming from a food critic), the staff was outstanding, and the price was reasonable for what we got. We will be back! Try the binto box!

I cant get enough of the sushi. Its amazing. Fresh, beautiful, delicious. You cant find any mediocre food here - its all made with love, generous portions, the owner takes pride in her establishment, and the staff is great.

Happy hour sushi makes this place the best deal in the LR area. Spicy tuna rolls are excellent. The lunch special is a huge value. Unlimited Mongolian grill for 9 dollars!
