The main courses were ok, nothing to get excited about. The onion rings were small, grease soaked crusts that may or may not have had onions in them. My friend had a rum and coke using their house distilled rum and sent it back. The orange wheat beer was ok - Very strong on the orange. It would be good on a hot day if you like that much orange. Their IPA was hoppy and strong flavored - I would wager it exceeded the 72 IBUs they have it labeled, but stuck to the style well. Their Scottish ale seemed very smokey and overly sweet. Their Belgian quad wasnt to my taste. Ive had some I liked, this just wasnt one of them. Our waiter couldnt answer questions about any of the food or drinks and when queried would say he didnt know and pause.......oh, I can go ask. Simple things like "What other rums do you serve?" were unknowable and we were sitting in the bar - he could have gone and looked. I wont go back, but maybe we hit them on an off day.

We just had lunch here last Saturday and our server was very friendly but the food was horrible. It took over a hour for our pizza and we were told it was because the cook was having trouble with the dough. It appeared that they made the pizza with no dough at all except for on the very ends and it was just layered in cheese very little toppings. The cheese that came with our pretzel appetizer was room temperature. Dont order any boneless wings for you will get soggy, dry microwave heated breading with very little chicken. I was very disappointed in their beer selection as well for they used to have a lot more options. This used to be a great place to eat but it definitely has taken a turn for the worse. After eating there we ended up getting food poisoning to top it off and found out a lot of our friends had the same experience. I would have liked to give a better rating since our server was great but unfortunately cannot just score the server.

My mother & I were in yesterday around 2:00pm & had to seat ourselves even after 4 staff members (including the hostess) walked by us. When we found a seat it took the hostess about 5 minutes to actually get menus to us. She made no eye contact, hair looked greasy/unbrushed, head down, didt speak to us, my mother had to initiate small talk. The server did get to us pretty quickly. When we got our drinks my soda didnt have a lot of syrup, my mothers beer was really flat & was in a city glass. Waitress replaced it with a Gin & Tonic which my mom said it was ok at best. The food didt take long. Then overtime the hostess seemed to walk by our booth her & I made awkward eye contact. I hear her whispering about us at the stand. The place was empty, the drinks were OK, food was OK, staff was really awkward. It was such an uncomfortable experience. This place has gone downhill since I last visited about 6+ months ago.

Busy place with a good atmosphere. OK service (sat at the bar) - efficient v personal. Beer was disappointing for a brew-pub. I had an amber ale, which was OK but nothing special, and served way too cold - lager temperature versus what an ale should be served at. Suspect they dont know the difference. But the real disappointment was the food. I had the fish-and-chips, which are usually pretty good in brew pubs. Basically it was a plate full of greasy "string" fries a la fast food style. Bad enough but nothing like as bad as the fish. Thin slivers of some nondescript white fish breaded and overcooked to the point of being rock hard! Inedible. The bar tender did comp one of my two beers when I left the meal largely uneaten. The guy sitting next to me left most of his steak, which looked equally unappetising. Place was busy though. Go figure.

If I am telling the truth, I cant review the food because we could never get seated. We took our 2 small children there for lunch after a movie (after being assured it is more restaurant than bar) and they REFUSED to have us use the high chair at a booth. Since our son needs a booster seat, we need a booth since the booster seats dont strap to the chairs and he can fall off. I even spoke with a manager who tried to feed me some BS about walkway (we were asking to sit in the completely empty area near the bathrooms to avoid compromising walkways). He offered to put the booster seat on top of another high chair, while admitting that was not safe. Thanks, but Ill walk across to Applebees who actually makes an effort to accommodate my kids. I have a strict "dont give your money to jerks" policy, so well never be back, even if the kids arent with us.

We always love TCB food and service and environment was always excellent. Thats not the case anymore the menu has a few changes, as well as the atmosphere. The place looks more like a bar that is going out of business than a restaurant. There was trash on the floors, tables were dirty. Our service was even worse, the waitresses asked how many wings we wanted to order but then didnt know the prices. We were left to eat our meal with no napkins or silverware. We finally got napkins as we finished our lunch. So disappointed in our lunch choice which is unfortunate but we wont return its not the TCB it was.

It used to be a good restaurant... now its sad. Smaller menu is not as fun... lots of family favorites are now missing from the menu. I got some card-board flavored chicken on the side of greasy pesto pasta... waitress never came by to ask if it was all good. The kid got a $14 pastrami sandwich... it lacked muchness. Sorry to see TCB fall into decline like the whole rest of the mall. It looks like a bar going out of business. Some other reviewers say that it has a change in ownership. The only redeeming value is the beer. Sadly, the waitress didnt know much about those either.

Ive been going here for years and I love the beer and loved the menu. Last time I went the menu was down sized (understandable from a business standpoint) I went with my wife and we ordered items off the lightening lunch menu. I ordered a burger and got charged an extra dollar for a slice of cheese (which was expressed before the order, to be fair). My burger and fries came out and it was literally just that. A chunk of meat on a bun with some melted cheese (for a dollar). Maybe the onion and tomato guy called in sick that day, but I wasnt impressed.
