To be honest, I dont even know how their food is as I didnt get past the ordering process. I opted to use the drive-thru, which was in shambles. I heard something that I couldnt discern, and assumed that it was someone asking to take my order. I asked for my burrito and got silence. I thought maybe the speaker was broken, it appeared to be anyway. As I began to edge forward, the person through the speaker said "dont you know what one moment mean". This was exceptionally rude, so I told him nothing and left. Ordinarily I am very lenient toward service workers, but this was completely unprovoked and absurdly unprofessional

I ordered a bean burrito and asked them to add chorizo to it which I have in the past and the guy charged me more I looked at the receipt and it said chorizo egg burrito I pointed it out and he said "that is the correct way egg is same price as bean everyone been doing it wrong" I said then why dont you ring it up that way he wouldnt refund me the difference even tho I didnt order a egg and my other receipts I still have say bean and chorizo at a completely different price. This is called fraud check your receipts when you go here.

Terrible service and worst food ever . When we asked the girl what her favorite thing there was and she told us she would never eat here so she didnt know. Went to sat down couldnt find a table that didnt have dead bugs on it. My daughter wanted eat her $6 kids meal because she said it was disgusting and she was grossed out. We ended up wasting all of our money and had to get food somewhere else after spending $26 there on our meals.

The food was okay the service was horrible on the restaurant was in was dirty but what upset me most is that they charged a convenient fee to use my debit card, I do not think using a debit card deserves a convenience fee when they are being convenient, for me using it the lines are shorter they dont have to count any money they dont have to touch any dirty money and guess what the cashier has less of a chance of stealing money...

Our lettuce tacos were tasty. But the site is a mess. Worst facility Ive seen in a while--smells like an aging supermarket I remember as a kid in the 80s. Dilapidated and grungy--I seriously would not allow my kids to venture into the restroom there. Crazy guy outside was spouting off rants and profanity to invisible people--and he fit right in to the environment of this restaurant. Will not visit this location again.

Dont eat here...Drive up the street to Filibertos on cavecreek & thunderbird. Im a sunnysloper and knw my mex-fast-food. This stuff theyre making in nasty sonnie. If they would take there time and chop up their bacon better then maybe ...and the green chili mix makes me sick..they make taco bell & del taco look sooo good right now... this is the 3rd time i stop in am & pm and it is one big fail..

This place is nasty on the outside and dirty in the inside. We got rolled tacos with dark brown guacamole? We took it back and the lady looked at it and said "nothing looks wrong with it?" They always messed up our orders. This place is really nasty, eat there at your own risk. The service is dismal and these people are rude to deal with. I would avoid this place like the plaque.

They never get your order right!!!! Inspect your food before you leave to make sure your order is right. If you ask for it to be fixed be cautious, its almost better to just get a refund since there rude, cuss in Spanish, and make jokes in Spanish about spitting in your food. I love this kinda food, just would not recommend this location its way dirty.

I asked for a Bean and cheese burrito + egg. The egg tastes like it was cooked in a pan left full of old grease all night. So I took the egg out (very hungry still) and tried to continue , but bit something cartilage-like (IM VEGATARIAN). Then to find about a spoon of beans and a slice of cheese half melted in the middle. I am appalled.

Pretty good food, fairly cheap pricing. Only thing open at 5 a.m. in the area so theyve cornered the early morning market. Only complaint on my carnitas burrito (dont jugde) is that the cook didnt even bother to drain the meat resulting in a hand covered in oil. Other than that, was awesome.

Just Horrible. Just when I parked the aroma wasnt welcoming. There was human feces on the parking lot. Which I assume came from the drain in the parking lot. Walked in and it smelled the same. Restrooms were horrendous. And the drink I ordered wasnt even worth it. Worst experience ever

This place is really good, Ive never had a problem with the food or the employees. I think they might have a spiteful side because so many people have bad reviews and I have never had a bad thing to say. Bertos is amazing, cheap food, fast and always open. Keep up the good work!

Hands down the best Mexican food Ive had in a long time. The decor feels like a small restaurant in mexico, and the food tastes great! The cashiers English was slightly broken, but Im okay with that. Id rather have the people cooking my food knowing the ethnicity theyre cooking!

First of all, I ordered a "Mexican Torta," wish consist of eggs and ham and the eggs were missing! Second, the torta was burnt. Third, no forks and napkins. I will never come here again, I would tell everyone to do the same.

Great authentic tasting Mexican food. Great prices some items lack flavor. I would recommend the green chilli burrito, taste of fire roasted green chilli that definitely wake up your taste buds. Very convenient location.

Terrible fish tacos! They dont even use cod! Its just greasy tilapia. Beans were burnt and hard. Rice was undercooked. TERRIBLE! Worst fast food Mexican experience.
