My roommate and I found Q Bar mainly because we wanted something different than our usual bar and I was very happy with our first time there. The food was great other than the onion rings and fried mushrooms we ordered, Im not sure if there was confusion and we got two half orders but there where four mushrooms and four onion rings and thats not much when you pay $8. The wings where so good we ordered a second batch to go and the sirloin burger was great. The inside seems a bit dated but serves the purpose for which it is intended and I didnt get a good look at the back. The only real issue I had with making this a regular bar is there is no patio to smoke on so you have to go out front. All in all this was a great place to go and the staff is nice.

I have been going to this location on and off for over 6 years now and they never fail to impress with a great fish fry. The fish is very tasty and plentiful, coleslaw is very good even my fiancé eats it, and the tartar sauce is quite tasty. The atmosphere or the bar is pretty crazy wood paneling and animal heads its like your in some little country bar. The only negative is the bar is small and they cook a ton of fish so you end up smelling like fish when you leave. In my mind it is worth it but if you are on a hot date or have plans afterwards you are forewarned.

We have been eating here for about 18 years we live right down the street from this restaurant. We love going there great food and good prices. I swear the same guy has been cooking there since I was a kid. Great fried fish and cheese burger in paradise is my favorite night cheese burgers and margaritas. yummm! The only down side is the service has started to slip. I dont know if the manager is new or someone else is in charge but the food and prices are still great the service is just starting to lack. Still worth the trip with the value you get for the specials.

Theyre food was very not enjoyable, nor tasteful. The service was very disrespectful. Because we asked if we can take the fish home in a togo box but she continously kept saying no then asked us to leave. And we did but to add the cherry on top we found hair inside of our tarter sauce. So when we went to complain she was saying to calm your voice down be respectful theyre is little ones around I said you want to hear something respectful nor the truth we found hair in our food. WORST PLACE TO EVER EAT OUT AT DONT GO NO MATTER WHAT..

Good food, fair prices. The service was quick,courteous and our server checked back frequently without hovering. The restrooms were clean and maintained. Selection of pub grub items was great, specials every day of the week. I had the deep fried Pollock, it was very good and chips were crinkle cut thick,perfectly done. I would recommend this place for familys with small kids before 5 pm and anyone else any time. Lots of TVS to catch the game on.

I have been going to the Q bar since 1988, now I go to the Q on 19th ave. The food and service have always been above other restaurants. The fish is better than what is served at the expensive seafood restaurants. BUT! The fries used to be the best, a change was made and now the fries are not something I care for, but we each have our own taste! The Q WILL put a smile on your face!

Good food. But the service can be a bit bipolar at times. The older lady that serves can be such a nice person and deserve a well paying tip. However , when youre on her bad side. JUST LEAVE. The food is not worth her attitude. Tip the hard working cook in the back instead.
