Everytime I go here theres problems. Went here with a few friends about a year ago and we waited around for a long time once we got a table for the waiter to take drink orders. Finally got drinks and ordered our food. Most everyone wasnt very happy with their food, the wings were really dry and barely warm. When it came to paying they tried to charge us for the people who ordered water and when they fixed our bill they have us some coupons to use on another visit. When we looked at the coupons they were expired. I visited last night (feb 23) to see if things had changed and they hadnt. The host greeted us with an attitude and sat us. The restaurant was pretty cleared out I assume we showed up shortly after the dinner rush (we were there about 9:00). The waitress took our order, she had a lot of attitude and seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but art work. We ordered a Guinness and Stella Artois, the Guinness was a bit warm and treated really watered down. We waited for quite a bit to get our food and they forgot a basket of fries. One of the fries had cheese and it was cold and the cheese was hard. The wings and fries were cold and were really chewy. Our waitress paid more attention to some of the people she wasnt even serving than to us who were the only ones in her section. We finally got our check and her attitude switched from uninterested to bubbly and nice. I honestly will drive 45 minutes across town to go to a different location than coming to this one.

Everything was going well, until our server mysteriously added almost 30% onto our bill claiming it was "tax". The manager came to our table only to tell us how wrong we were and try to double talk us out of more money. Unless Arizona suddenly changed the tax to 28.something% they were obviously trying to pull wool over our eyes. The manager (Shaun) was extremely rude, and talked down to us like we were illiterate. Our original bill was $38 dollars and something cents and after these charges claimed as "tax" our total was $52.43. My family, myself and anybody who will listen, will NEVER be patrons at this terrible establishment again. Systematically over charging customers, obviously there is some type of scheme in the works at this place, and this customer isnt going to be walked on.

Horrible extremely slow service. Asked if we needed time to order,and apparently that meant 15 minutes later. Waited 25 minutes for food. Couldnt explain to me why my appetizer was brought out at the same time as my main course. Also looked around and couldnt understand why all the families with kids were sitting at tables and all the teens were in booths. Then noticed all the teens were a certain cultural background and the families where black and white. Guess when the individual doing the seating is the same as the teens it makes sense. And there was no napkins or silverware delivered with the food. Had to flag the waiter down and ask for them. Overall very displeased. Wont be back for a very very long time

Walked in second in line to the gentleman who opened the door for my wife and I. We were briefly acknowledged by the young man at the counter who was busy ringing up a take out order. Stood there for several minutes while many other employees walked by without offering help. There were lots of empty tables where we could have quickly been seated. Another larger group came in at that time. He acknowledged them too so you would assume he knew the order we came in. After a few more minutes he proceeded to seat the last group that came in. After that he walked right past us without saying anything so we and the first gentleman ahead of us all took our business to Majerles.

Bad Service on Mothers Day I walking to the place plenty of empty spaces; noneone really took care to come to our table; When a lot of the server either were cleaning tables or brooming after 20 minutes Not servers came , after finally one out of our order took place; young lady came apologizing after taking our order saying her shift were over ; some guy name Shelton came took our order again and left before we finished our order; 2 orders server came after taking again our order 30 minutes after We were about to walk out when to our table came our drinks and few plates from order tables / Bad Service in General i dont Believe i will go ever to this Place

One of the greatest customer service experiences Ive ever had!! I called to place an order and a guy by the name of Michael answered and was very polite and helped me through all my questions. Then when I went to pick up my food and it was ready as soon as I walked in. Michael or Mike went through my order and started having a conversation with me and when there was a issue with the order they fixed it very fast and offered me a free drink definitely earned the $10 tip I gave him! I felt like I was part of their family and the food was to die for! Overall the service was great the food was amazing and will definitely be back for more!

Worst customer service ever..... Waited ten minutes before my waiter even introduced herself. Another 15 before she took my drink order. Sat with a empty beer glass during happy hour and she didnt return until five mins after happy hour ended. Didnt refill drinks, didnt check on the table, I didnt even get my full order. Waited another 15 mins before I got a tab and had to find her just for that. Attempted to tell the manager but he didnt care. Then I had to find her again to ask for a box for my sons leftovers. I will never come here again until they do a complete overturn on their employees.

Terrible service. Waited approximately 30 minutes for a menu, drinks and food in the patio area. I had to ask for the menu, and then the person was unsure who wanted the menu given my table was the only table without drinks or food on the table. I also noticed 2 other waitresses servicing the patio area. I did attempt to get their attention numerous times. All in all, there were only 4 tables being serviced with three waiters/waitresses in the patio area while my table lacked service. I ended up walking out with my brother due to lack of service.

Unhappy with the service here. The only reason that this isnt a single star is because they were kind when interacting with our party. The wait was ridiculous, especially for the amount of people in the restaurant, and the amount of staff milling about. I asked for a featured beer. They were out. I asked for one of their cocktails, and they were out of one of the liquors needed to make it. My food was brought with no utensils, and there was over a 5 minute wait before someone came by so that I could to ask for some.

I love BBWs and I constantly go just not to this location, but OMG! This would of made me hate the restaurant if it would have been the first experience. It was the worst customer service experience I have received at a dine in restaurant and the worst part is there was not even an apology from the management after letting them know we have been waiting 45min for our appetizers! We literally had to leave after waiting an hour.Please save your time and make the extra drive to Westgate.
