We arrived at around 6 pm on a Sunday night. They werent especially busy, we were seated quickly. Ordered the appetizer, and asked for a drink that was featured on an insert menu & were told they were out of that. So we made other choices. The whole visit went south very quickly when we gave our orders to the server. I ordered the Caribbean chicken breast with garlic parmesan herb sauce, my husband ordered the firecracker shrimp tacos. Upon telling our server, she informed us that they were out of 8 of the flavors of sauce, one of which was garlic parmesan herb sauce. (She shows us a list of them & I told her that info would have been helpful BEFORE we made our choices) They were out of firecracker sauce as well, and out of PARMESAN! This is something that is prominently featured in a lot of their menu items!! The server said she would ask if they had anything else to sub it with. After 15 minutes had passed, she came back and told me they were out of chicken breast too!!!! At that point, I told them all I wanted was my check. We left and well NEVER BE BACK! What kind of restaurant runs out of so many menu items on a single day?? One with terrible management, thats what. Absolutely a 1 star place. Dont waste your time or money!

This place is so run down. The food doesnt taste as good and the service is terrible. Ive come here once long time ago and it used to smell like weed all the time there. Decided to give it a shot one night because I was tired and not in the mood to make dinner. I had a waitress named shylow , she was terrible. Shes really slow, I have to repeat myself a lot to her. She took her time bringing my drinks and food. Shes killed the atmosphere of the restaurant. The food still was terrible never going back to that place again. The hostess is really short I dealt with her the first time I went there too shes deaf I come to Arizona once in awhile to vacation with my family and this is by far the worse place to stop and eat att Terrible waitress, shes an idiot And terrible food

Went to Hurricanes on Friday nite with a large group of people from work. Our waitress, Lauren, sucked from the very beginning. She never came to see if we needed anything and we would have to ask 3 and 4 times for something. Then towards the end of the nite the manager comes over and tells us we need to pay our bill and its time for us to leave since we have been loud and obnoxious. There was never anything said to us all nite while we were there about being too loud. If there had been we would have been more quiet but we were at a table in the back corner, the band was playing so we did have to talk loudly to each other. HORRIBLE service and atmosphere!!!!!

No nice greeting from hostess, no response to "have a good meal" just walk you to your table and stare as you sit. Next appetizer was burnt and full of oil had to re-order. Then eating appetizer with meal. Hmmm bone in wings were good only if we didnt have to fight the FLIES the whole time. Burger had no taste, overall wasted $60. Never coming back and do not recommend. Unless you like flies, sweating (it was hot) and greasy food. Oh yeah on another note tried to get change from the bartender to leave a tip for waitress but she said she had no money to break a $10 bill. Wow!

The food was great our waitress Emily was great ! except at the end there was a confusion and the she charged us too much. It was not a big problem we tipped her good, but when we were walking out one of the waiters or I dont know who he was, said some really nasty things too us and was really rude. I have never seen someone be so rude, not even in my home town have I had this experience. This was my only and probably last time visiting this part of Arizona but if I come again I dont think I will come back here.

I used to really enjoy this place but it has gone downhill. Ordered some salads to go and they were a couple pieces of dry chicken and even less lettuce with two fists full of tortilla strips. Went in for dinner the next time, chicken dish used to be ok size now they are served with a VERY small chicken breast (menu claims it is a generous chicken breast) and five pieces of lettuce for the side salad. Very rare that i go out to eat and leave hungry.

The wings are hands down the best on the west side! That nicole lady must of gotten herself fired to write such a crappy review. I will definately be back. They will let u sample any sauce u want; for free, and the reccomended flavors were killer.I would definately try the "gold rush sauce" on ur wings, it was amazing. And, we told them it was our first time, so they gave us a coupon for 10 free wings! Ill be using it! Try em out for sure.

The worst service in the last 12 years of dining the servers forgot to bring so caled sauces an no water after several times asking all that fried food no taste in the food the drinks were cheep and bad flat beer and the mixed drinks were non!!!!!!!!!! wish I would have gone some where else the server was stupid!!!!!!!!!!! saying I forgot all the time I have no clue how you stay in business at all

We waited a very long time for our food... When we received the food my order was wrong... every chicken item at the table was overcooked (dry and hard)... the fish we received in the tacos had very little fish meat; it was mostly fried-greasy bread... our daughter loves mac & cheese and she barely touched hers at this restaurant. Maybe it was an off night for them, but we had a poor experience.

Good wings, excellent attentive service. First time trying it, heard about the wings. Wed they have 50 cent boneless wings till 8pm and then all wings are 50 cents. Tried the honey garlic and really enjoyed em. Sampled the Jamaican jerk and trifecta as well. Our server Jennifer and she did amazing! Will be back for the wings and other menu items. Wanted to try everything!

Guys I would totally recommend going here. And the meal I would recommend is the 10 honey bbq boneless wings. Also, if you are the type for spicy food, get some dynamite sauce on the side and some ranch too. By the way, they will ask if you want the honey bbq sauce on the side or on the wings. Make sure you tell them that you want them pre dipped in the sauce.

the wings were very good and the service was definitely a little slow but my server was pleasant and checked back with me a couple of times to ensure I was enjoying my meal. however, this is one of those places where you may have to ask for utensils and water. ill definitely revisit and try different things on the menu.

I stopped in there a couple of times, I dont know anybody no allegiance to anyone, but Ive never been in a place with nicer better people and good food good drinks. If your underwear near here and wanted to sit down at a neighborhood place this is the place to go... fantastic
