This was the first time they ever got my order wrong and I always order the same no the little girl who I never seen did not read my order back before I hung up she did not read it back til I called and said it was wrong and they still would not replace my order or give me my money back they said I would have to buy another sandwich for something they got wrong I was a regular but never again I thought the customer was always right. Bad customer service Southern BBQ never would have thought it about you guys til today. Will not be going back!!!!!

My brother came to your establishment to buy a sandwich, he notice the sandwich was not what he had ordered, he asked for his money back, he was refused, He looked for a "No Refund" sign, it was not found. He asked to speak to the owner, he was refused. The cashier was very rude and appeared VERY racist. Please know "Black Customers Has the Same Rights and White Customers” Shame on YOU!

Good taste good. Theyre a little skimpy though. A burger with everything on it means ketchup, mayo, and mustard.They dont have chicken salad sandwiches which I loved.
