I swore off this KFC for good. After getting terrible service from a cashier who was more concerned with flirting with her co-worker than understanding my simple order, I bit into my BBQ sandwich and found a huge bone. When I drove back across town to return it, the cashier gave me attitude, as if I were making it all up. When I asked to speak to a manager, she tried to say I couldnt. When I finally got to speak to a manager, his reply was ”aw damn, what chu want me ta do?”. They dont really understand the concept of giving the customer what they paid for.

Line was long in drive-thru, so I went inside. I think there were about 4 employees in all on shift. Once I ordered, I got my food in about 9 minutes. They were out of Dr. Pepper and two other options at the soda fountain, which left me with about 4 options, two of which included Pepsi and Diet Pepsi. Chick-Fil-A is on the same block and I would have gone there if I wasnt picking up food for someone else too. They got the order right though. You get what you pay for.

This has been my KFC for along time, the people that work there are great, very nice to me and the food is wonderful. Prattville has the very best KFC of all ones Ive been in.

Lobby is disgusting needs to be cleaned horribly....staff seems to have very little training. At least the food was hot.
